April 24, 2024With the Formula 1® Chinese Grand Prix quickly approaching, PUMA brought the heat with a show to remember at the Shanghai International Circuit. The event featured a blend of classic retro with pops of racing elements. Steering away from the norm, PUMA continues to push the boundaries in sports and fashion staying true to their mantra of FOREVER. FASTER.🏎️
Featuring styles such as the futuristic Mostro and the iconic Speedcat, PUMA’s runaway show played into the brands history within motorsport. Vibrant colors and a blend modern and classic styles directly reflected the brands racing aesthetics.
Influential Chinese artists Victor Ma, Min Ren, Tyler, Naomi Wong, and Zilu Zhai offered their stylistic input of the show and looks during the event. Meshing insights from their professional fields with daily life, the artists shared their interpretations of the PUMA show theme “FOREVER. FASTER.” Through the racing culture and street fashion crossover, they affirmed PUMA’s innovation and drive to push the boundaries.
At the product display area beside the runway, the F1 CHINESE GRAND PRIX PACK Collection was a major highlight. Above the uniquely curated mix-and-match styles, designers incorporated professional racing gear as accessories, echoing racing-inspired design DNA and seamlessly integrating a sense of speed on the runway.
