March 24, 2016

You are on your own in a city you do not know. How do you spend your evening?

Wandering around getting the feel for the place and how people live.

What or who do you find embarrassing?

Screwing up.

What does success mean for you?

Not screwing up.

What do you appreciate most about yourself?

Sense of humour.

Your favourite pastime?

My family (and yoga).

Which character from literature can you identify with most?

Harry Potter (just for Lars!).

What was your biggest achievement?

My family.

What was the first PUMA product you have been wearing and when?

It was a bag – the classic PUMA satchel sports bag at primary school in Lincolnshire.

Which book is currently on your bedside table?

James Salter – “Light Years”, absolutely brilliant.

What do you appreciate most about other people?

The courage to tell the truth.

When can you laugh about yourself?

Just about every day, thankfully.

When was the last time you did something totally untypical for you?

30th December. I got married to my partner of 23 years – that is about as untypical as it gets.

Which mistakes can you forgive?

Genuine ones.

Someone has played a trick on you. How do you take revenge?

Much later and much, much bigger.
