PUMA announces 2022 KPL Gameday kit at the KPL annual ceremony

Professional at a glance! In the past, at many esports events, players only have one set of clothes. This time, PUMA learned from the experience of the world’s top sports events and designed a full set of home game uniforms, debut uniforms, and a full set of away game uniforms for the 2022 King Pro League (KPL) team. They were presented at a blockbuster launch at the KPL annual ceremony in Hangzhou, China. Take a look!

Mobile esports is a growing exponentially and China is at the forefront of it. Over time, the KPL League of Kings of Glory has become a leader in mobile esports and is very popular among young people.

PUMA sponsors China’s top Honor of Kings competition King Pro League (KPL). Honor of Kings is the Chinese version of Arena of Valor and is one of the biggest esports title in the world, even though the tournaments are limited to China. KPL is the seasonal Honor of Kings tournament where teams can qualify from competing into multiple regional tournaments or get a franchised slot for a particular amount.

The uniforms

The uniforms are based on the professional esports clothing suit E7. PUMA design teams studied the distribution of muscle heat and sweat of esports players during the game and adjusted the team uniforms accordingly.
