Say hello to our newest FOREVER.FASTER. athlete, Edna Kiplagat! As one of the leading runners in the world, Edna has competed internationally since 1996 and shows no signs of stopping. Now, at the age of 43, she is continuing to leave her mark on the running world with wins at major marathons in New York, London and Boston and two World Championships titles. She will be wearing PUMA’s latest road running shoes, such as Deviate NITRO Elite 2 featuring our carbon fibre PWRPLATE and NITRO Elite foam.

Her trademark attitude to never quit a marathon race has made for her great success in her career that has already spanned for more than two decades. As a mother of five and her drive to keep competing, Edna is a huge inspiration and an athlete to look out for. “You can’t talk about the marathon in recent years without talking about Edna Kiplagat. Most recently, Edna won the Boston Marathon in 2021 and 2023 and is looking to finish at Copley Square in top position once again. Edna will start competing in PUMA’s products at the Boston Marathon on April 17 – be sure to watch out for her!
