Weather-wise, it was a day to frame for summer-loving Leipzigers. Tuesday afternoon we sent, together with the Champions League team, four clearly legible Skytext messages to the people of Leipzig from an altitude of around three kilometers: “Hello Leipzig” could be read first, followed by the date “11.07. 2024” and “UnstoppRBL“, and finally the somewhat more specific message “PUMA x RB Leipzig“. The celestial messages were written in the sky by aerobatic pilots using environmentally friendly kerosene oil, which evaporates without leaving any residue.

On July 11, the time had come. Our joint away jersey for the 2024/2025 season was unveiled. While the front features several stripes in different shades of red – with the bulls from the RB logo in the middle – the slogan “You can do anything” can be found on the back of the neck. For both the home and away jerseys, we have placed a particular focus on sustainability. With our RE:FIBRE process, we focus on textile waste as the main source of material for the production of new clothing. For the first time from the start of the 24/25 season, all official PUMA football replica jerseys, including those for the UEFA EURA and Copa América tournaments, are made from RE:FIBRE.
