Il est normal de ressentir une certaine g\u00eane pendant une s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement, cela signifie que vous <strong>se lancer des d\u00e9fis<\/strong>, mais une douleur intense est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le signe que vous pourriez vous blesser ou que vous \u00eates sur le point de le faire. Une douleur musculaire diff\u00e9r\u00e9e apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement est normale, mais ne devrait pas \u00eatre chronique.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Reconna\u00eetre les signes de fatigue <\/strong>\nLe surentra\u00eenement est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9.
