Un \u00e9quilibre dans la fa\u00e7on dont nous mangeons, dont nous nous entra\u00eenons et dont nous bougeons. Bien que les exercices de haute intensit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sentent de nombreux avantages pour la sant\u00e9, nous devons veiller \u00e0 ne pas courir \u00e0 100% en permanence. Un temps d'arr\u00eat apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance de haute intensit\u00e9 permet \u00e0 l'organisme de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer et de s'adapter positivement \u00e0 l'entra\u00eenement. Sans un temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration suffisant, nous ne r\u00e9coltons pas les fruits de notre dur labeur et nous risquons de nous \u00e9puiser. C'est ainsi que j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9e par le Yin Yoga. Il m'a apport\u00e9 l'\u00e9quilibre dont j'avais besoin pour tirer le meilleur parti de mon entra\u00eenement.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/>Au d\u00e9but, je classais le yin yoga comme un cours d'\u00e9tirement. Cependant, je me rends compte aujourd'hui qu'il s'agit plut\u00f4t d'un cours d'\u00e9tirement. <strong>la m\u00e9decine par le mouvement<\/strong>. J'avais l'habitude de passer 60 minutes en classe \u00e0 essayer de ne pas m'endormir parce que je m'\u00e9tais \u00e9puis\u00e9e. Avec le recul, je n'arrive pas \u00e0 croire que j'ai laiss\u00e9 ma vie se d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer \u00e0 ce point. J'ai atteint l'\u00e9puisement total avec les signaux d'alarme classiques que sont les intol\u00e9rances alimentaires, la fatigue et un net sentiment d'impuissance. <strong>le manque de motivation<\/strong>, Je n'avais pas l'habitude d'aller \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole, mais j'avais l'impression d'\u00eatre \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole, ce qui m'\u00e9tait alors tr\u00e8s \u00e9tranger. Culturellement, nous avons tendance \u00e0 r\u00e9compenser une vie tr\u00e9pidante et stressante, en br\u00fblant la chandelle par les deux bouts, et bien que ce ne soit pas sain, c'est la norme accept\u00e9e par beaucoup d'entre nous. Pour moi, ce n'\u00e9tait plus une option. <strong>J'avais besoin de r\u00e9tablir l'\u00e9quilibre<\/strong> dans ma vie afin de fonctionner et d'\u00eatre performant d'une mani\u00e8re durable (et agr\u00e9able).<br\/>\n<br\/>Le mot \u201cYin\u201d vient du principe chinois traditionnel de <strong>Le Yin et le Yang<\/strong>, L'\u00e9nergie Yin d\u00e9crit la nature reposante de la nuit et l'\u00e9nergie Yang le temps de l'action, le jour. L'\u00e9nergie Yin repr\u00e9sente le c\u00f4t\u00e9 froid de la vie : le calme, la terre et la douceur. L'\u00e9nergie Yang est ax\u00e9e sur l'action : la chaleur, la lumi\u00e8re et l'activit\u00e9. Les deux sont aussi importants l'un que l'autre dans la vie. Cependant, l'\u00e9nergie Yin est le c\u00f4t\u00e9 froid de la vie : le calme, la terre et la douceur, <strong>Le Yin n'a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong>. Les environnements de travail stressants, les longues heures de travail, les s\u00e9ances d'entra\u00eenement \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9 et les programmes d'entra\u00eenement lourds sont autant de facteurs qui cr\u00e9ent de la chaleur. J'ai eu beaucoup de clients qui ont des emplois stressants, qui font une s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement pendant leur pause d\u00e9jeuner et qui se lancent dans un cours de yoga chaud \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e pour \u2018se d\u00e9tendre\u2019. <strong>Ce n'est pas l'\u00e9quilibre<\/strong>, C'est toujours la m\u00eame chose. Une \u00e9nergie stressante et br\u00fblante, aliment\u00e9e par plus de chaleur. Je m'en rends compte aujourd'hui, bien s\u00fbr. Cependant, j'ai aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 victime de ce sch\u00e9ma.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Qu'est-ce que le Yin Yoga ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Une pratique de Yin Yoga implique une s\u00e9rie de <strong>poses g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement maintenues pendant 3 \u00e0 10 minutes<\/strong>, qui vous aide \u00e0 vous concentrer sur l'ouverture des articulations et des tissus fasciaux.<br\/>\n<br\/>Contrairement aux styles de yoga Yang, une pratique Yin au rythme plus lent vous permet d'approfondir les poses en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, sans avoir \u00e0 vous forcer. <strong>activer tous les muscles autour de l'articulation<\/strong>. Ces prises longues et profondes du Yin permettent d'am\u00e9liorer la mobilit\u00e9 des articulations et de rel\u00e2cher les fascias.<br\/>\n<br\/>Le fascia est une structure en forme de toile qui enveloppe chaque cellule de notre corps. Il s'agit d'un tissu conjonctif hautement organis\u00e9 qui maintient les organes internes ensemble. Un fascia tendu ou d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9 peut souvent entra\u00eener des adh\u00e9rences entre le fascia et le muscle ou l'os, ce qui limite l'amplitude des mouvements. Le Yin aide \u00e0 rel\u00e2cher le fascia, ce qui permet des mouvements plus fluides sans restriction.<br\/>\n<br\/>Le Yin augmente \u00e9galement la circulation, ce qui peut contribuer \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration musculaire, \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les courbatures, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la flexibilit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et, par cons\u00e9quent, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les performances.<br\/>\n<br\/>Ces bienfaits physiques ont suffi \u00e0 me faire d\u00e9marrer, mais une fois que j'ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l'effet positif d'une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du Yin sur ma sant\u00e9 mentale, je suis devenue accro. La pratique du <strong>caract\u00e8re m\u00e9ditatif<\/strong> La pratique du yoga aide \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les hormones du stress, l'adr\u00e9naline et le cortisol, tout en stimulant le bonheur, la concentration, la conscience de soi et la sant\u00e9 immunitaire. Les poses sont souvent profondes et inconfortables et le maintien de l'immobilit\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 cet inconfort est cens\u00e9 renforcer la r\u00e9sistance mentale. C'est un <strong>pratique de la r\u00e9silience<\/strong> car il peut \u00eatre difficile de s'asseoir avec un malaise sans devenir r\u00e9actif.<br\/>\n<br\/>Une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du Yin permet d'\u00e9quilibrer les aspects Yang de la vie quotidienne. On dit que le rire aide \u00e0 soulager la d\u00e9pression et les allergies, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le sommeil et l'\u00e9quilibre hormonal.\n\u201cLe probl\u00e8me, c'est qu'en tant qu'adultes, nous nous laissons rarement aller \u00e0 un fou rire, et nous devons donc cr\u00e9er un espace pour le rire\u201d, explique Marion Madhavi Fritscher, qui organise des s\u00e9ances de yoga du rire \u00e0 Erlangen, en Allemagne, depuis plus de dix ans. \u201cLe yoga du rire nous aide \u00e0 utiliser notre corps pour cr\u00e9er un \u00e9tat de conscience positif, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant de l'\u00e9nergie positive et de la bonne humeur\u201d.\nD\u00e8s que la commissure des l\u00e8vres se rel\u00e8ve, notre cerveau lib\u00e8re des hormones et nous nous sentons imm\u00e9diatement mieux. Si nous laissons tomber nos \u00e9paules, il ne faut pas une minute pour que notre humeur se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore. \u201cAvec des exercices simples, nous pouvons am\u00e9liorer la fa\u00e7on dont nous nous sentons et arriver pas \u00e0 pas \u00e0 rire\u201d, affirme cette m\u00e8re de trois enfants.\nUn cours commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par des techniques de relaxation douces afin d'amener les participants \u00e0 se concentrer sur leur corps. Des exercices de coordination, tels que le balancement des bras d'avant en arri\u00e8re, aident \u00e0 prendre conscience des mouvements du corps. \u201cEnsuite, nous passons \u00e0 des exercices de rire, ce qui peut sembler \u00e9trange au d\u00e9but\u201d, ajoute Marion.\nIl y a beaucoup d'applaudissements et de chants, ainsi qu'un travail sur les sons. \u201cUn \u2018eeh\u2019 soul\u00e8ve les coins de la bouche et a un effet positif, tandis qu'un \u201coh\u201d a l'effet inverse. Ces exercices de rire permettent d'activer les \u00e9nergies vitales et facilitent l'entr\u00e9e dans la m\u00e9ditation du rire. \u201dLes jeunes femmes qui assistent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 mes cours affirment qu'elles souffrent de sympt\u00f4mes de manque lorsqu'elles en manquent un\u201c, d\u00e9clare en souriant cette femme de 49 ans, qui a \u00e9galement organis\u00e9 des cours pour les employ\u00e9s de PUMA \u00e0 Herzogenaurach.\nCe n'est pas surprenant si l'on consid\u00e8re les effets du rire sur le corps : activation de toutes les r\u00e9gions du cerveau, \u00e9mission d'impulsions \u00e9lectriques, stimulation d'environ 400 muscles, am\u00e9lioration de la digestion, r\u00e9duction des hormones de stress, lib\u00e9ration d'endorphines, renforcement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, att\u00e9nuation des probl\u00e8mes respiratoires, et ce, jusqu'\u00e0 24 heures apr\u00e8s avoir ri comme il se doit.\n\u201dPlus important encore, le fait de rire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement am\u00e9liore votre sens de l'humour. It is a highly organised connective tissue that holds the internal organs together. Tight or dehydrated fascia can often lead to adhesions between the fascia and muscle or bone resulting in restricted range of movement.
