En nous perdant dans les d\u00e9tails, nous passons souvent \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l'essentiel. En tant qu'entra\u00eeneur, on me demande souvent \u201cmais... est-ce que c'est bon pour la sant\u00e9 ?\u201d.\u201d<\/span>\n<span class=\"textStyle_intro\"><\/span>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/>Certaines personnes se lancent dans des r\u00e9gimes o\u00f9 elles limitent les calories \u00e0 l'extr\u00eame, consomment d'\u00e9normes quantit\u00e9s de prot\u00e9ines ou font une cure de jus, tandis que d'autres deviennent obsessionnelles et s'entra\u00eenent \u00e0 outrance jusqu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9puisement. Est-ce sain ? D'une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ce n'est pas du tout le cas. Et pourtant, tous les <strong>trop souvent, c'est ce \u00e0 quoi on nous dit que nous devrions aspirer.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>En mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9, si l'on fait un zoom arri\u00e8re et que l'on regarde la situation dans son ensemble, c'est en fait assez simple. <strong>La sant\u00e9 est avant tout une question d'environnement<\/strong>, Les hormones sont-elles \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es, \u00e0 la fois internes et externes ? Vos hormones sont-elles \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es ? Mangez-vous des aliments nourrissants ? Mangez-vous trop sans r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir ? \u00cates-vous actif tous les jours ? Dormez-vous bien ? Vos os sont-ils solides et votre corps mobile ? \u00cates-vous dans un \u00e9tat d'esprit positif ? Vous sentez-vous connect\u00e9 et soutenu dans votre communaut\u00e9 ? Voil\u00e0 ce qu'est la sant\u00e9.<br\/>\n<br\/>En abordant ces concepts de sant\u00e9 plus g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et en vous \u00e9loignant des d\u00e9tails, vous deviendrez la personne en bonne sant\u00e9 que vous \u00eates cens\u00e9 \u00eatre. L'Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS) d\u00e9finit la sant\u00e9 comme \u201cun \u00e9tat de complet bien-\u00eatre physique, mental et social, qui ne consiste pas seulement en une absence de maladie ou d'infirmit\u00e9\u201d. Un bien-\u00eatre complet. Voil\u00e0 qui est <strong>l'objectif ultime d'un mode de vie sain.<\/strong> Et bien qu'il ne s'agisse en aucun cas d'un objectif \u00e0 atteindre du jour au lendemain, il vaut la peine d'y travailler.<br\/>\n<br\/>Dans cette optique, examinons les points suivants <strong>9 \u00e9quipes de base<\/strong> que vous pouvez mettre en pratique d\u00e8s maintenant et commencer \u00e0 travailler pour une v\u00e9ritable sant\u00e9.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Bien-\u00eatre physique<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>1. Soyez actif tous les jours.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Faites en sorte que le mouvement fasse partie int\u00e9grante de votre journ\u00e9e.<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Accumuler un minimum de 10 000 pas par jour et 2,5 heures d'activit\u00e9 physique d'intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e par semaine.<\/li>\n<li>Faites de la musculation au moins deux fois par semaine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/><strong>2. Is this healthy? Generally speaking, absolutely not. And yet, all \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;too often it\u2019s what we are told we should aspire to.\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;The thing is that when it comes to health, if we zoom out and look at the bigger picture it\u2019s actually quite simple. \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Health is primarily about our environment\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;, both internal and external. Are your hormones balanced? Are you eating nourishing food? Are you mindlessly over-eating? Are you active everyday? Do you sleep well? Are your bones strong and your body mobile? Are you in a positive mental space? Do you feel connected and supported in your community? This is health.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;By addressing these broader health concepts, and moving away from the nitty-gritty, you will become the healthy shape you are meant to be.\u00a0The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines health as \u201ca state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.\u201d Complete well-being. And yet, all \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;too often it\u2019s what we are told we should aspire to.\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;The thing is that when it comes to health, if we zoom out and look at the bigger picture it\u2019s actually quite simple. \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Health is primarily about our environment\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;, both internal and external. Are your hormones balanced? Are you eating nourishing food? Are you mindlessly over-eating? Are you active everyday? Do you sleep well? Are your bones strong and your body mobile? Are you in a positive mental space? Do you feel connected and supported in your community? This is health.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;By addressing these broader health concepts, and moving away from the nitty-gritty, you will become the healthy shape you are meant to be.\u00a0The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines health as \u201ca state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.\u201d Complete well-being.
