En 2015, les r\u00e9solutions les plus courantes \u00e9taient de rester en forme et en bonne sant\u00e9, de perdre du poids et de profiter pleinement de la vie. Cela vous rappelle quelque chose ?<br\/>\n<br\/>Comment savoir si vous, en fait, <strong>ont profit\u00e9 pleinement de la vie ou sont rest\u00e9s en forme et en bonne sant\u00e9 ?<\/strong> Ces d\u00e9clarations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales font place \u00e0 des plans d'action vastes et \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats encore plus dispers\u00e9s. Le probl\u00e8me de ces r\u00e9solutions traditionnelles est qu'elles ne respectent pas les r\u00e8gles d'or de la fixation d'objectifs, \u00e0 savoir qu'un objectif doit \u00eatre <strong>sp\u00e9cifiques, mesurables, r\u00e9alisables, r\u00e9alistes et opportuns (SMART)<\/strong>. Il n'est donc pas \u00e9tonnant que des \u00e9tudes aient montr\u00e9 que seulement 8 % des personnes qui prennent des r\u00e9solutions pour la nouvelle ann\u00e9e les respectent !<br\/>\n<br\/>Les r\u00e9solutions \u00e9chouent souvent parce que le changement de comportement est bas\u00e9 sur l'ann\u00e9e civile et non sur un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9sir de changer la situation. <strong>Il est souvent vain d'essayer de changer un comportement avant d'\u00eatre mentalement pr\u00eat \u00e0 le faire.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>L'exemple le plus courant est l'afflux important de personnes qui s'inscrivent dans une salle de sport en janvier - les gens se pressent dans leur salle de sport locale pour une dur\u00e9e d'environ six mois, et ce n'est pas peu dire.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00cates-vous pr\u00eat pour le changement ? Utilisez le <strong>Les 5 \u00e9tapes du changement<\/strong> ci-dessous pour d\u00e9terminer s'il est temps d'agir.<br\/>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9-contemplation - \u201cPas pr\u00eat\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Ne pas envisager de prendre des mesures dans un avenir pr\u00e9visible et ne pas \u00eatre conscient que le comportement peut \u00eatre probl\u00e9matique.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Contemplation \u201cSe pr\u00e9parer\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Ils sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 envisager la possibilit\u00e9 d'un changement, mais restent sur la r\u00e9serve. Ils vont peser le pour et le contre de leurs actions.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9paration \u201cReady\u201d (pr\u00eat)\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>Avoir l'intention de changer dans un avenir proche et commencer \u00e0 modifier l\u00e9g\u00e8rement son comportement.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Action <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>ont apport\u00e9 une modification claire et visible \u00e0 leur comportement afin de cr\u00e9er un changement sain.<br\/>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Maintenance <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/>\u00eatre capable de maintenir le changement pendant au moins six mois et s'efforcer de ne pas retomber dans ses anciennes habitudes.<br\/>\n<br\/>Les r\u00e9solutions du Nouvel An, traditionnellement ax\u00e9es sur la sant\u00e9, ont tendance \u00e0 s'inscrire dans une mentalit\u00e9 de d\u00e9sintoxication\/r\u00e9toxication qui m\u00e8ne rapidement \u00e0 l'\u00e9chec. Ne pensez pas que vous \u00eates au stade 3, pr\u00eat \u00e0 changer, simplement parce que nous sommes le 1er janvier. Vous serez peut-\u00eatre pr\u00eat en mars ou en septembre de cette ann\u00e9e, alors abandonnons la terminologie classique. <strong>Concentrons-nous plut\u00f4t sur la fixation d'objectifs.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que vous avez 43 % plus de chances d'atteindre vos objectifs et de r\u00e9aliser vos r\u00eaves si vous les \u00e9crivez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ce chiffre augmente encore lorsque vous allez plus loin et que vous partagez vos objectifs verbalement avec un ami. Mais cet engagement doit \u00eatre suivi d'actions.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>\u00c9crivez votre objectif. <\/strong>C'est l'action la plus simple que vous puissiez entreprendre. Affichez-le sur votre mur, parlez-en \u00e0 vos amis, \u00e0 votre famille et \u00e0 tous ceux qui vous \u00e9couteront. Assurez-vous que l'objectif suit la formule SMART. Par exemple, au lieu d'\u00e9crire \u201crester en forme et en bonne sant\u00e9\u201d, vous \u00e9crirez \u201cd'ici le 30 juin 2018, je serai capable de faire 10 pompes au poids du corps et j'aurai termin\u00e9 le marathon de Sydney\u201d.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>D\u00e9composez votre objectif en plusieurs \u00e9tapes quotidiennes.\u00a0<\/strong>Une r\u00e9orientation est un petit changement de comportement g\u00e9rable qui, combin\u00e9 au fil du temps, vous permet d'atteindre votre objectif. Un changement est diff\u00e9rent d'un objectif parce qu'il n'y a pas n\u00e9cessairement de point final, mais il doit quand m\u00eame \u00eatre mesurable. C'est ce qui en fait un outil si efficace pour modifier les comportements. Et bien qu'il n'apporte pas la solution rapide que les gens recherchent souvent, il s'agit d'une approche beaucoup plus efficace et durable pour cr\u00e9er un changement sain.<br\/>\n<br\/>Exemple : \u201cCe mois-ci, je me l\u00e8verai tous les jours avant 7 heures du matin\u201d ou \u201cCette semaine, j'irai trois fois \u00e0 la salle de sport\u201d.<br\/>\n<br\/>Par <strong>se concentrer sur un r\u00e9sultat quotidien ou hebdomadaire<\/strong> et en cr\u00e9ant des habitudes saines, les grands objectifs audacieux semblent beaucoup moins intimidants et deviennent en fait tout \u00e0 fait r\u00e9alisables.<br\/>\n<br\/>Et enfin :<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Restez concentr\u00e9 en comprenant ce qui vous motive. <\/strong>Si vous ne reconnaissez pas la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de changer ou si vous n'\u00eates pas connect\u00e9 \u00e0 votre \u2018pourquoi\u2019, l'action quotidienne devient une t\u00e2che fastidieuse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Suivez vos progr\u00e8s.<\/strong> On dit que ce qui est mesur\u00e9 est fait. En mesurant vos progr\u00e8s, vous serez plus concentr\u00e9 et conscient de l'impact de vos actions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Passez du temps avec des personnes qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait le changement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/>Si vous vous sentez frustr\u00e9, il est temps de vous r\u00e9jouir.
