C'est un d\u00e9fi et c'est souvent frustrant. Et il n'y a certainement pas beaucoup de domaines o\u00f9 les gens consid\u00e9reraient cela comme une exp\u00e9rience positive. La plupart des gens s'arr\u00eatent lorsque le doute s'installe ou lorsqu'ils se sentent mal \u00e0 l'aise.<br\/>\n<br\/>Lorsque l'on est pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 bout, je constate que, le plus souvent, les gens se surprennent eux-m\u00eames. En s'entra\u00eenant jusqu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9chec physique, dans l'inconfort, on peut r\u00e9aliser bien plus que ce que l'on avait imagin\u00e9. Cela cr\u00e9e une <strong>la compr\u00e9hension de la v\u00e9ritable force de base.<\/strong> \u00c0 partir de cette base, il est possible d'\u00e9laborer un programme efficace et de mesurer les progr\u00e8s accomplis en ayant une bonne connaissance du point de d\u00e9part.<br\/>\n<br\/>Devenir \u00e0 l'aise dans l'inconfort, c'est aussi <strong>renforce la r\u00e9sistance mentale. <\/strong>La r\u00e9sistance mentale est d\u00e9finie comme une combinaison de r\u00e9silience et de confiance en soi. Cette combinaison signifie que l'on est capable de r\u00e9aliser une performance ou de poursuivre un objectif en d\u00e9pit de l'adversit\u00e9 ou des obstacles. Si vous vous \u00eates d\u00e9j\u00e0 entra\u00een\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9chec, en vous battant pour chaque derni\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, vous savez que cela cr\u00e9e une bataille interne o\u00f9 il y a peu de place pour le doute. La r\u00e9sistance mentale est une comp\u00e9tence qui s'applique \u00e0 d'autres domaines de la vie, bien au-del\u00e0 de la salle de sport.<br\/>\n<br\/>Enfin, travailler jusqu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9chec vous apprend que <strong>l'\u00e9chec peut \u00eatre positif<\/strong>.
