Lorsque les visiteurs d\u00e9couvrent notre production, ils sont toujours surpris. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de PUMA, 20 \u00e0 25 personnes sont impliqu\u00e9es, de la conception et du d\u00e9veloppement au marketing sportif et au contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9. \u00c0 l'usine, 40 \u00e0 50 autres personnes travaillent sur chaque ligne, de la coupe \u00e0 l'inspection finale. Au total, plus de 200 personnes participent \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d'un seul maillot. Et c'est sans compter les \u00e9quipes de soutien qui s'occupent de la conformit\u00e9, de la durabilit\u00e9 ou du recyclage de l'eau - tout un r\u00e9seau qui maintient l'\u00e9quilibre entre la qualit\u00e9, la responsabilit\u00e9 et l'\u00e9motion.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Qu'est-ce qui fait qu'un maillot de football est plus qu'un simple v\u00eatement pour vous personnellement ?<\/span>C'est une question d'\u00e9motion. J'ai encore la chair de poule lorsque je vois quelqu'un \u00e0 l'a\u00e9roport ou en vacances porter un maillot PUMA sur lequel nous avons travaill\u00e9. Lorsque les gens applaudissent, souffrent et c\u00e9l\u00e8brent quelque chose que nous avons contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er, c'est l\u00e0 que le travail sur le produit se transforme en passion.<br>C'est aussi ce qui motive mon \u00e9quipe : les enfants qui d\u00e9ballent un maillot \u00e0 No\u00ebl, les supporters qui \u00e9conomisent pour s'en procurer un, les clubs qui expriment qui ils sont \u00e0 travers leurs couleurs. Ces moments montrent ce qu'un maillot signifie vraiment : l'identit\u00e9, la fiert\u00e9 et l'appartenance.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumns spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Comment trouver l'\u00e9quilibre entre les mat\u00e9riaux, la technologie, le design et la fonction ?<br><\/span>C'est cette connexion magique - tout interagit. Pour les athl\u00e8tes, chaque gramme et chaque d\u00e9tail comptent : le maillot doit \u00eatre comme une seconde peau, \u00e9vacuer la transpiration et ne jamais distraire. Pour les supporters, c'est une question de qualit\u00e9 et de toucher - ils veulent de la texture, quelque chose de tangible, un \u00e9cusson qui se d\u00e9marque<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Quelle est la part d'innovation dans un maillot aujourd'hui ?<br><\/span>Beaucoup. Nous avons notre propre \u00e9quipe d'innovation qui travaille sur plusieurs sports. L'une des plus grandes avanc\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 notre maillot de football tiss\u00e9, le premier du genre. Il est plus l\u00e9ger et plus respirant. Nous utilisons \u00e9galement de nouvelles techniques d'impression qui rendent les couleurs plus durables, et notre projet RE:FIBRE permet d'obtenir des textiles enti\u00e8rement recyclables.<br>Il faut environ deux ans \u00e0 deux ans et demi pour mettre au point un maillot moderne, en combinant la conception, l'ing\u00e9nierie et la durabilit\u00e9.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumns spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 le plus grand d\u00e9fi technique pour RE:FIBRE ?<br><\/span>Le processus lui-m\u00eame n'est pas un probl\u00e8me : le recyclage de textile \u00e0 textile fonctionne techniquement tr\u00e8s bien. Le v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi consistait \u00e0 le faire passer \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle industrielle. Nous devions nous assurer que le syst\u00e8me pouvait \u00eatre mis \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle et que suffisamment de mat\u00e9riaux recyclables \u00e9taient disponibles. Au d\u00e9but, la contamination par le polyester \u00e9tait un probl\u00e8me majeur : lorsqu'un maillot comporte des \u00e9cussons, des impressions ou des m\u00e9langes de fibres, le processus de recyclage devient beaucoup plus complexe. Nous avons en grande partie r\u00e9solu ce probl\u00e8me, mais l'approvisionnement en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res a \u00e9t\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi. C'est pourquoi nous souhaitons impliquer davantage les consommateurs : ils peuvent d\u00e9sormais soutenir le programme RE:FIBRE de PUMA en faisant don des v\u00eatements compos\u00e9s de 95 % de polyester ou plus dans des bacs de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration disponibles dans certains magasins PUMA. \u00c0 partir de 2024, ces programmes de reprise seront actifs en Australie, en Chine, en Allemagne, en France, en Inde, en Suisse et aux \u00c9tats-Unis, ce qui nous aidera \u00e0 transformer les v\u00eatements usag\u00e9s en nouveaux produits PUMA.\u00a0<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Quels sont les obstacles logistiques au recyclage des textiles ?<br><\/span>Le plus grand d\u00e9fi est celui de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re, celle que nous pouvons recycler. Il s'agit de trouver suffisamment de textiles mis au rebut, de chutes ou de produits en fin de vie. Le commerce international des d\u00e9chets textiles est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9glement\u00e9 ; dans de nombreux pays, l'importation ou l'exportation de d\u00e9chets de polyester est soumise \u00e0 des restrictions, ce qui complique la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement. La tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 est un autre sujet important : savoir exactement d'o\u00f9 vient chaque pi\u00e8ce de mat\u00e9riau est plus complexe pour les textiles que pour les bouteilles en PET recycl\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumns spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Comment RE:FIBRE se compare-t-il au polyester de bouteilles recycl\u00e9es ?<br><\/span>D'un point de vue chimique, le mat\u00e9riau textile recycl\u00e9 est absolument identique au polyester dit \"vierge\", ce qui constitue un \u00e9norme progr\u00e8s. Nous pouvons transformer de vieux textiles en nouvelles fibres sans perte de qualit\u00e9. C'est ce qui diff\u00e9rencie RE:FIBRE du polyester classique \u00e0 base de bouteilles, dont le mat\u00e9riau se d\u00e9grade l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 chaque cycle. L'objectif est de cr\u00e9er un circuit enti\u00e8rement ferm\u00e9, c'est-\u00e0-dire de transformer de vieux maillots en nouveaux maillots avec les m\u00eames performances, la m\u00eame solidit\u00e9 des couleurs et la m\u00eame sensation au toucher.\u00a0<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">O\u00f9 en \u00eates-vous dans la mise en \u0153uvre - et qu'est-ce qui vous retient ?<br><\/span>Nous sommes d\u00e9j\u00e0 loin du compte. Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons intensifi\u00e9 notre programme RE:FIBRE et cr\u00e9\u00e9 des millions de r\u00e9pliques de maillots de football, soit la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des r\u00e9pliques de maillots de nos clubs et de nos \u00e9quipes nationales. Ce qui nous retient encore, ce sont deux facteurs : le co\u00fbt et la disponibilit\u00e9. Le recyclage de textile \u00e0 textile reste plus cher que le polyester \u00e0 base de bouteilles, et l'offre de mat\u00e9riaux appropri\u00e9s est limit\u00e9e. Nous nous effor\u00e7ons d'\u00e9largir l'acc\u00e8s aux ressources et d'\u00e9tendre le syst\u00e8me \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale. Mais notre objectif \u00e0 long terme est clair : boucler la boucle, de la production au recyclage et \u00e0 la r\u00e9utilisation.\u00a0<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumns spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Quelle est l'importance de la durabilit\u00e9 dans tout cela ?<br><\/span>Il s'agit d'un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central. En 2019, nous avons fix\u00e9 nos objectifs de durabilit\u00e9 10 POUR 25. Aujourd'hui, alors que nous approchons de la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2025, bon nombre de ces objectifs sont en bonne voie ou ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 atteints plus t\u00f4t que pr\u00e9vu. Mais, en particulier dans le football, o\u00f9 des millions de supporters portent nos produits, nous pouvons avoir un impact r\u00e9el. Notre objectif est une boucle ferm\u00e9e : des mat\u00e9riaux qui peuvent \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s et recycl\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Exploitez-vous \u00e9galement des fibres alternatives ?<br><\/span>Absolument. Nous testons de nombreuses options : fibres naturelles, d\u00e9chets textiles, nouveaux m\u00e9langes. L'essentiel est que l'impact \u00e9cologique soit r\u00e9ellement positif. Certains mat\u00e9riaux semblent excellents mais consomment trop d'\u00e9nergie ou d'eau. Dans ces cas-l\u00e0, nous devons \u00eatre honn\u00eates et dire non. Lorsque vous \u00eates dans l'usine chaque semaine et que vous voyez combien de produits formidables nous produisons, vous voulez en m\u00eame temps minimiser l'impact. C'est pourquoi RE:FIBRE est plus qu'un projet, c'est un engagement. Nous prenons soin de nos propres d\u00e9chets et les transformons en quelque chose de nouveau.<br>Et nous savons que nous ne pouvons pas le faire seuls. Nous ne pouvons pas changer l'industrie par nous-m\u00eames. Nous devons collaborer - avec les fabricants, avec d'autres marques, et m\u00eame en dehors du sport. Il ne s'agit pas de comp\u00e9tition, mais de responsabilit\u00e9. Lorsque vous vous asseyez \u00e0 une table avec des personnes d'autres secteurs et que vous r\u00e9alisez que tout le monde vise le m\u00eame objectif, il ne s'agit plus seulement de parts de march\u00e9, mais de faire ce qui est juste. Il s'agit alors de faire ce qui est juste. We\\u0026rsquo;ve largely solved that now, but sourcing enough feedstock has been a challenge. That\\u0026rsquo;s why we want to involve consumers more \\u0026ndash; they can now support PUMA\\u0026rsquo;s RE:FIBRE programme by donating garments made of 95 percent polyester or more at take-back bins available in select PUMA stores.
