Cela contribue \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale, encourage l'authenticit\u00e9 et favorise un sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui permet aux gens de s'exprimer pleinement dans la pi\u00e8ce.<\/strong> Ce type de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n'est pas seulement une \u201cbonne chose \u00e0 avoir\u201d, c'est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment non n\u00e9gociable.\u00a0<br><br><strong>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique, c'est-\u00e0-dire le sentiment qu'il est acceptable de s'exprimer, de prendre des risques et d'\u00eatre vu, est un facteur pr\u00e9dictif cl\u00e9 des bonnes performances de l'\u00e9quipe.<\/strong>. Les personnes qui se sentent en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont plus enclines \u00e0 partager leurs id\u00e9es, \u00e0 collaborer ouvertement, \u00e0 rester engag\u00e9es et \u00e0 participer de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9ative. <strong>Et l'altruisme a des effets en cha\u00eene. La formation \u00e0 l'altruisme va au-del\u00e0 de la terminologie ou de la politique. C'est une pratique. Lorsque nous choisissons de nous montrer les uns aux autres, nous cr\u00e9ons quelque chose de plus fort qu'une politique ou un processus. Nous cr\u00e9ons un sens de la communaut\u00e9.
