Il s'agit de <strong>r\u00e9guli\u00e8re<\/strong> <strong>audits annuels des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations<\/strong>, et des objectifs pour les <strong>combler les \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration identifi\u00e9s<\/strong> d\u00e8s que possible. Pour les 25% restants, nous sommes en train de collecter les donn\u00e9es (ce qui n'est pas toujours facile, en particulier dans les pays hyperinflationnistes). Depuis que j'ai rejoint PUMA il y a 10 ans, je n'ai cess\u00e9 d'exp\u00e9rimenter cet engagement.\u00a0<strong>En 2022, nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 rechercher des certifications externes<\/strong>\u00a0pour valider nos efforts, en commen\u00e7ant en Allemagne par une analyse de nos structures de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration internes. Les r\u00e9sultats ont confirm\u00e9 que nos r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 neutres du point de vue du genre et ne n\u00e9cessitaient aucune mesure corrective, mais seulement un renforcement continu des principes existants. C'est ainsi que nous avons obtenu des r\u00e9sultats,\u00a0<strong>L'Allemagne est devenue la premi\u00e8re filiale de PUMA \u00e0 \u00eatre certifi\u00e9e par la FPI.<\/strong>.<br><br>Depuis, d'autres filiales de PUMA ont pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s des \u00e9valuations externes officielles, confirmant l'absence d'\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les hommes et les femmes. Il s'agit d'une\u00a0<strong>processus en cours<\/strong>, et nous reconnaissons qu'il y a\u00a0<strong>Il y a toujours place \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration<\/strong>. Nous restons engag\u00e9s dans cette voie, en \u00e9tendant continuellement nos efforts d'analyse et de certification \u00e0 un plus grand nombre de filiales de PUMA.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_quote\" >Tout d'abord, je pense que chacun a la libert\u00e9 d'exercer le m\u00e9tier qu'il souhaite et peut atteindre les sommets de carri\u00e8re auxquels il aspire avec suffisamment d'efforts. Il n'y a pas de m\u00e9tiers \u2018masculins\u2019 ou \u2018f\u00e9minins\u2019. Si la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a encore tendance \u00e0 \u00e9tiqueter certains r\u00f4les comme \u00e9tant plus adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 un sexe, cela n'a jamais arr\u00eat\u00e9 ceux qui croient vraiment en eux-m\u00eames. Un exemple bien connu est celui de Marie Sk\u0142odowska Curie, la premi\u00e8re personne \u00e0 avoir remport\u00e9 deux prix Nobel dans des domaines scientifiques diff\u00e9rents. \u00c0 son \u00e9poque, l'id\u00e9e d'une \u2018femme dans la science\u2019 \u00e9tait inhabituelle pour la majeure partie de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<br>Pour moi, l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale comporte deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s : 1) le travail lui-m\u00eame et ses exigences - le \u2018quoi\u2019 - et 2) l'impact et la diff\u00e9rence positive que j'apporte \u00e0 l'organisation dans le cadre de ce travail - le \u2018comment\u2019. Pouvez-vous nous dire quelques mots sur le processus qui se cache derri\u00e8re ?<\/span>Alicia : En raison de\u00a0<strong>les r\u00e9glementations locales<\/strong>\u00a0aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Canada, PUMA North America a men\u00e9 des actions de sensibilisation et d'information.\u00a0<strong>audits salariaux depuis plus de 10 ans<\/strong>.  Les donn\u00e9es salariales sont analys\u00e9es au moins une fois par an. En fonction des r\u00e9sultats, les \u00e9carts sont le plus souvent r\u00e9solus conform\u00e9ment au cycle de gestion des talents. En 2023, la communaut\u00e9 mondiale des P&amp;O a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite dans un syst\u00e8me de gestion des talents.\u00a0<strong>outil d'analyse pour mod\u00e9liser les donn\u00e9es salariales<\/strong>\u00a0afin d'obtenir des informations sur l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale au sein de PUMA, garantissant ainsi un alignement et une compr\u00e9hension commune \u00e0 travers le monde. La conformit\u00e9 locale, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une vision globale de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale, nous a permis d'\u00eatre bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9s pour soumettre en toute confiance nos donn\u00e9es au FPI. L'Am\u00e9rique du Nord a \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>se concentrer strat\u00e9giquement sur la transparence des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations<\/strong> dans le but d'apporter plus de <strong>sensibilisation des employ\u00e9s<\/strong> sur les structures et les pratiques en place qui garantissent une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration juste et \u00e9quitable. La reconnaissance de la FPI a permis de mettre en \u00e9vidence notre travail acharn\u00e9 et notre engagement en faveur de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale en tant qu'entreprise. Elle garantit que mes comp\u00e9tences, mon exp\u00e9rience et mes contributions sont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es au m\u00eame titre que celles de mes homologues masculins. En d\u00e9fendant et en r\u00e9alisant l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale, je m'efforce de donner un exemple puissant aux autres femmes de PUMA. Lorsque les employ\u00e9s constatent que l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale est une priorit\u00e9, ils sont plus susceptibles de se sentir valoris\u00e9s, d'\u00eatre plus satisfaits au travail et d'avoir un meilleur moral, ce qui favorise en fin de compte un engagement \u00e0 plus long terme \u00e0 travailler pour PUMA.
