Il suffit de regarder les figures acrobatiques artistiques que Dong Dong, m\u00e9daill\u00e9 d'or, a ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es aux Jeux olympiques de 2012. Alors qu'il ne touche la surface que dix fois, il ma\u00eetrise 24 sauts p\u00e9rilleux et 15,5 vrilles en 20 secondes, \u00e0 une hauteur de 30 pieds au-dessus d'un lit de trampoline de 2,5 m\u00e8tres sur 2,5 m\u00e8tres !<br\/>\n<br\/>Pour information : la gymnaste artistique Simone Biles, bien plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre, r\u00e9ussit huit sauts p\u00e9rilleux et 4,5 vrilles en 90 secondes, lors de l'exercice au sol le plus difficile au monde. Mais qui conna\u00eet Dong Dong ? Connaissez-vous Dong Dong ?<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Comment ?<\/strong>\nIl peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins r\u00e9cr\u00e9atives ou comp\u00e9titives. Les trampolines modernes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construits pour la premi\u00e8re fois par George Nissen et Larry Griswold \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 de l'Iowa en 1936. \u00c0 l'origine, ils devaient servir \u00e0 l'entra\u00eenement des astronautes et \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s comme outil d'entra\u00eenement pour d'autres sports tels que le plongeon ou l'acrobatie. Mais les gens ont rapidement d\u00e9couvert la magie des sauts sur les trampolines et c'est ainsi qu'ils sont devenus populaires. Un sport est n\u00e9 ! Nissen et Griswold avaient en fait une s\u00e9rie de nouveaux jeux en t\u00eate lorsqu'ils ont construit le trampoline moderne. L'un d'entre eux \u00e9tait le \u201cSpaceball\u201d. Deux \u00e9quipes de deux personnes s'affrontent sur un trampoline unique dont les parois lat\u00e9rales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement construites. Le but : propulser une balle \u00e0 travers une voie m\u00e9diane afin d'atteindre une cible sur le mur d'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de l'autre c\u00f4t\u00e9.
