Nous avons atteint notre objectif scientifique pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent avec sept ans d'avance et r\u00e9duit nos \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre de 24% en 2023 (sur la base du march\u00e9) par rapport \u00e0 2022. Nos efforts de d\u00e9carbonisation et de transparence climatique ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 bien class\u00e9s par le Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) en 2023, suivi par Fashion Revolution et le Financial Times en 2024.\u00a0<br><br>D'ici \u00e0 2030, nous continuerons \u00e0 utiliser 100% d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 renouvelable dans nos propres op\u00e9rations et nous travaillons en \u00e9troite collaboration avec nos principales usines pour augmenter leur utilisation d'\u00e9nergie renouvelable. D'ici \u00e0 2030, nous pr\u00e9voyons de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions directes (champ d'application 1) et indirectes (champ d'application 2) de 90% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence 2017 et de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions des fournisseurs et de la logistique (champ d'application 3) de 33%.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br><h2>CIRCULARIT\u00c9\u00a0<\/h2>La circularit\u00e9 reste l'une des priorit\u00e9s de l'agenda 2030, avec notamment des objectifs visant \u00e0 adopter des mod\u00e8les commerciaux plus circulaires et \u00e0 introduire la revente et la r\u00e9paration sur certains march\u00e9s. La r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9chets est un autre domaine cl\u00e9, avec des objectifs de collaboration avec d'autres acteurs de l'industrie pour mettre en place des moyens de recycler les d\u00e9chets mat\u00e9riels, y compris des solutions de tri et de recyclage.   Forts de notre succ\u00e8s et de notre \u00e9lan avec RE:FIBRE, certains de nos nouveaux objectifs en mati\u00e8re de mat\u00e9riaux pour 2030 incluent l'utilisation de 100% de tissu polyester recycl\u00e9, 30% de tissu polyester recycl\u00e9 fibre \u00e0 fibre et 20% de tissu coton recycl\u00e9 pour l'habillement. Parmi les objectifs que nous nous sommes fix\u00e9s pour 2030 en ce qui concerne nos propres employ\u00e9s, citons la r\u00e9duction de l'\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les hommes et les femmes dans tous les pays et la promotion de la diversit\u00e9, de l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de l'inclusion dans tous les domaines. Nous visons \u00e9galement \u00e0 ce que pas moins de 45% hommes et femmes occupent des postes de direction. We reached our previous science-based target seven years ahead of schedule and reduced our greenhouse gas emissions by 24% in 2023 (market based) compared to 2022. Our decarbonization and climate transparency efforts were also highly ranked by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) in 2023, followed by Fashion Revolution and Financial Times in 2024.\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;Towards 2030, we will continue to use 100% renewable electricity in our own operations and are working closely with our core factories to increase their use of renewable energy. By 2030, we plan to cut direct (scope 1) emissions and indirect (scope 2) emissions by 90% from a 2017 baseline year and reduce supplier and logistics (scope 3) emissions by 33%.\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;h2\\u0026gt;CIRCULARITY\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;\/h2\\u0026gt;Circularity remains high on the agenda for 2030, including targets to enter more circular business models and introduce re-sell and repair in selected markets. Waste reduction is another key focus area, with targets to collaborate with others in the industry to establish ways to recycle material waste including sorting and recycling solutions. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;Building on our success and momentum with RE:FIBRE, some of our new material targets for 2030 include using 100% recycled polyester fabric, 30% fibre-to-fibre recycled polyester fabric and 20% recycled cotton fabric for apparel. We will continue to scale up textile-to-textile recycling, after earlier this year, we were able produce millions of replica football jerseys primarily from recycled textile waste. We also plan to continue researching and investing in next-generation material options with a focus on footwear\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;h2\\u0026gt;HUMAN RIGHTS\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;\/h2\\u0026gt;With our Human Rights targets we want to do better for our own people and the people in our supply chain. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;Some of our targets for 2030 for our own employees include closing the gender pay gap in all countries and fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects. We reached our previous science-based target seven years ahead of schedule and reduced our greenhouse gas emissions by 24% in 2023 (market based) compared to 2022. Our decarbonization and climate transparency efforts were also highly ranked by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) in 2023, followed by Fashion Revolution and Financial Times in 2024.\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;Towards 2030, we will continue to use 100% renewable electricity in our own operations and are working closely with our core factories to increase their use of renewable energy. By 2030, we plan to cut direct (scope 1) emissions and indirect (scope 2) emissions by 90% from a 2017 baseline year and reduce supplier and logistics (scope 3) emissions by 33%.\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;h2\\u0026gt;CIRCULARITY\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;\/h2\\u0026gt;Circularity remains high on the agenda for 2030, including targets to enter more circular business models and introduce re-sell and repair in selected markets. Waste reduction is another key focus area, with targets to collaborate with others in the industry to establish ways to recycle material waste including sorting and recycling solutions. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;Building on our success and momentum with RE:FIBRE, some of our new material targets for 2030 include using 100% recycled polyester fabric, 30% fibre-to-fibre recycled polyester fabric and 20% recycled cotton fabric for apparel. We will continue to scale up textile-to-textile recycling, after earlier this year, we were able produce millions of replica football jerseys primarily from recycled textile waste. We also plan to continue researching and investing in next-generation material options with a focus on footwear\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;h2\\u0026gt;HUMAN RIGHTS\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;\/h2\\u0026gt;With our Human Rights targets we want to do better for our own people and the people in our supply chain. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;Some of our targets for 2030 for our own employees include closing the gender pay gap in all countries and fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects.
