Ce n'est pas seulement le fait de savoir que nous avons fait quelque chose pour nous-m\u00eames et pour notre corps, mais aussi l'id\u00e9e d'avoir vaincu la patate de canap\u00e9 qui sommeille en nous qui nous rend heureux. Souvenez-vous de ce sentiment la prochaine fois que vous souffrirez d'un manque de motivation aigu.
