La bonne nouvelle, c'est que ce n'est pas une fatalit\u00e9. Il n'existe pas de pilule magique en mati\u00e8re de nutrition. Si vous \u00eates un adepte classique des r\u00e9gimes yo-yo, qui passe d'une lubie \u00e0 l'autre avec quelques p\u00e9riodes de fr\u00e9n\u00e9sie entre les deux, il est temps d'abandonner ce comportement et d'adopter une approche plus durable, plus saine et plus amusante.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/>En tant qu'entra\u00eeneur personnel, on me demande sans cesse ce qu'il faut manger, quand il faut le faire et ce qu'il faut \u00e9viter. Nous sommes submerg\u00e9s d'informations sur les r\u00e9gimes \u00e0 la mode, les solutions rapides et les messages nutritionnels contradictoires. Il n'est donc pas surprenant que de nombreuses personnes ne sachent plus quoi inclure dans des repas sains et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s. Il est donc temps de <strong>revenir \u00e0 l'essentiel<\/strong> et faire de l'alimentation saine <strong>simple et durable<\/strong>.<br\/>\n<br\/>Il ne s'agit pas d'une science exacte, mais d'un simple savoir-faire nutritionnel qui vous aidera \u00e0 vivre une vie de r\u00eave. Suivez les trois conseils suivants pour mettre fin aux sautes d'humeur dues au sucre, aux fringales et au manque de sommeil et pour accueillir une nouvelle \u00e9nergie qui vous aidera \u00e0 vous entra\u00eener comme un champion et \u00e0 vous sentir bien dans votre corps.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape<\/strong>, et ce n'est pas rien, c'est de manger des aliments entiers et non des produits. Qu'est-ce que j'entends par \"aliments complets\" ? Il s'agit d'aliments non transform\u00e9s et non emball\u00e9s, comme les l\u00e9gumes, les fruits, la viande, la volaille, le poisson, les noix et les l\u00e9gumineuses, qui ne contiennent pas d'additifs. Rien ne peut remplacer la consommation d'aliments complets car, outre les vitamines et les min\u00e9raux, ces aliments contiennent des fibres, des prot\u00e9ines et des graisses saines qui sont si importantes pour l'\u00e9nergie, les performances et la sant\u00e9.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Si vous achetez des aliments emball\u00e9s, choisissez ceux qui contiennent moins de quatre ingr\u00e9dients et \u00e9vitez les produits dont les ingr\u00e9dients semblent appartenir \u00e0 un projet scientifique.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Prochaine \u00e9tape<\/strong>, Pour cela, il faut faire table rase des croyances d\u00e9pass\u00e9es et opter pour une alimentation riche en graisses. Dans les ann\u00e9es 1970, les r\u00e9gimes riches en graisses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9s \u00e0 tort d'\u00eatre \u00e0 l'origine de l'augmentation des maladies cardiaques. Cette th\u00e9orie sans fondement s'est impos\u00e9e et le mouvement \u2019pauvre en graisses\u2018 est n\u00e9. Depuis des ann\u00e9es, les produits sans mati\u00e8res grasses et les produits di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques jonchent les rayons des supermarch\u00e9s. Toutefois, de nombreux consommateurs ignorent qu'ils sont souvent compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par des additifs, des produits chimiques et du sucre afin de leur donner une sensation en bouche et une saveur similaires \u00e0 celles des produits \u00e0 base de mati\u00e8res grasses. Il est d\u00e9sormais clair que c'est le sucre, et non la graisse, qui est la principale cause de ces probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'alimentation. Les graisses alimentaires sont une excellente source d'\u00e9nergie, de vitamines liposolubles (E, K) et d'acides gras om\u00e9ga-3. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu'elles am\u00e9liorent la composition corporelle lorsque la consommation de glucides est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50% de vos calories quotidiennes. Contrairement aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, manger des graisses ne fait pas grossir : les graisses jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Choisissez des graisses animales non raffin\u00e9es, des poissons gras ou des graisses v\u00e9g\u00e9tales comme les avocats, l'huile d'olive, les noix et l'huile de noix de coco. Ces graisses sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus riches en om\u00e9ga-3 et contribuent \u00e0 la bonne sant\u00e9 du c\u0153ur.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>La graisse est de nouveau au menu, <strong>il est temps de r\u00e9duire les sucres ajout\u00e9s.<\/strong> Voici donc l'essentiel : Le sucre se trouve naturellement dans les fruits, mais aussi dans toute une s\u00e9rie d'autres produits, notamment le pain, les p\u00e2tes, les sauces, les boissons et les en-cas. En fait, le sucre est aujourd'hui pr\u00e9sent dans environ 80% de tous les produits de supermarch\u00e9. La consommation d'aliments riches en sucre peut entra\u00eener une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'insuline, une augmentation de la masse grasse, des maladies cardiaques et le d\u00e9veloppement du diab\u00e8te.<br\/>\n<br\/>Accro \u00e0 l'euphorie sucr\u00e9e ? Assurez-vous de savoir ce qui vous attend. L'\u00e9tat d'euphorie provoqu\u00e9 par la dopamine est compens\u00e9 par l'insuline qui se pr\u00e9cipite dans la circulation sanguine. L'insuline est une hormone qui nous aide \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le taux de sucre dans le sang en transf\u00e9rant les sucres dans nos cellules pour qu'ils soient utilis\u00e9s comme source d'\u00e9nergie. Cependant, elle freine \u00e9galement l'oxydation des graisses, ce qui signifie que lorsque la glyc\u00e9mie est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, il est presque impossible de r\u00e9duire la masse graisseuse. Une fois le sucre \u00e9limin\u00e9 de la circulation sanguine, nous entrons dans une phase d'effondrement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Cette chute d\u00e9clenche la lib\u00e9ration d'adr\u00e9naline et cr\u00e9e une r\u00e9action de stress qui peut entra\u00eener de l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, des sautes d'humeur et un sommeil de mauvaise qualit\u00e9.\nPas de quoi s'amuser. D\u00e9barrassez-vous des sucres ajout\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire votre masse graisseuse et am\u00e9liorer votre \u00e9nergie.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>4 grammes de sucre correspondent \u00e0 une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9. L'Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 recommande de ne pas d\u00e9passer 6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre par jour. Privil\u00e9giez les sucres naturels contenus dans les fruits et lisez toujours les \u00e9tiquettes nutritionnelles avant d'acheter des produits pour v\u00e9rifier la quantit\u00e9 de sucre qu'ils contiennent.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Votre mode de vie peut \u00eatre soutenu par la nutrition lorsque vous utilisez les aliments pour nourrir votre sant\u00e9.
