Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez l'huile d'olive, le jus de citron, la moutarde et l'aneth hach\u00e9. Versez sur le m\u00e9lange de thon.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez maintenant les asperges. Coupez les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s ligneuses et coupez les tiges en morceaux \u00e9gaux. Faites chauffer un peu d'huile d'olive dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. Ajoutez les asperges et faites-les cuire pendant environ 10 minutes.
