Incorporer d\u00e9licatement le quinoa cuit.<\/li>\n<li>Faites fondre un peu plus d'huile de coco dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyennement \u00e9lev\u00e9, puis d\u00e9posez une cuiller\u00e9e de p\u00e2te dans la po\u00eale et laissez-la cuire pendant environ une \u00e0 deux minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Retournez les cr\u00eapes d\u00e8s que vous voyez des bulles se former. Les cr\u00eapes doivent \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.
