Elle est non seulement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour les muscles et les os, mais aussi pour notre humeur g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/>Ne sous-estimez pas <strong><strong>le pouvoir de la vitamine D<\/strong><\/strong>. En effet, elle occupe une place importante parmi les autres nutriments. Notre corps la produit lorsque nous sommes expos\u00e9s au soleil. \u201c Lors de s\u00e9jours r\u00e9guliers \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur, la formation endog\u00e8ne de vitamine D contribue \u00e0 80-90 % de l'apport en vitamine D \u201d, explique le Dr Gisela Olias de l'Institut allemand de nutrition humaine (DIfE). \u201c Le reste doit \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 par d'autres sources, comme les aliments. <strong>Les poissons de mer, les \u0153ufs et les champignons sont riches en vitamine D.<\/strong> Cependant, si l'organisme ne produit pas lui-m\u00eame de vitamine D, un apport quotidien de 20 microgrammes est recommand\u00e9 \u201d, poursuit le Dr Olias. M\u00eame si elle peut \u00eatre stock\u00e9e dans l'organisme, en particulier pendant les mois d'hiver, une alimentation riche en vitamine D peut \u00eatre utile.<br\/>\n<br\/>Mais pourquoi avons-nous besoin de vitamine D ? Associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la parathormone et \u00e0 la calcitonine, elle participe au processus de r\u00e9gulation du m\u00e9tabolisme du calcium et du phosphate. \u201c Il est important d'accumuler du calcium dans nos os afin qu'ils restent solides et en bonne sant\u00e9. La vitamine D favorise le transport du calcium dans les muscles ainsi que la biosynth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines \u201d, explique le Dr Olias. <strong><strong>\u201c En fin de compte, cela am\u00e9liore directement notre force musculaire. \u201d<\/strong><\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>De plus, des scientifiques de l'universit\u00e9 de Copenhague ont d\u00e9couvert que la vitamine D est n\u00e9cessaire pour activer nos d\u00e9fenses immunitaires afin de lutter contre les infections. Sans un apport suffisant, les lymphocytes T, des globules blancs qui soutiennent la fonction immunitaire de notre organisme, ne peuvent pas devenir actifs.<br\/>\n<br\/>Si la vitamine D am\u00e9liore notre vitalit\u00e9, que se passe-t-il lorsque notre organisme en manque ? \u201c En cas de carence en vitamine D pendant la petite enfance et l'enfance, les os ne se min\u00e9ralisent pas suffisamment et restent donc mous et peuvent se d\u00e9former \u201d, explique le Dr Olias. \u201c Notre m\u00e9tabolisme osseux peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre affect\u00e9 n\u00e9gativement \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge adulte. <strong><strong>La d\u00e9min\u00e9ralisation peut entra\u00eener un ramollissement des os.<\/strong><\/strong> Ce ramollissement des os est appel\u00e9 ost\u00e9omalacie. De plus, un manque de vitamine D peut contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement de l'ost\u00e9oporose, en particulier chez les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es.\u201d<br\/>\n<br\/>Comme vous pouvez le constater, un apport suffisant en vitamine D <strong><strong>contribue grandement \u00e0 notre sant\u00e9 globale<\/strong>.<\/strong> Alors, comment pouvons-nous \u00eatre s\u00fbrs de couvrir nos besoins quotidiens ? M\u00eame si certains aliments contiennent beaucoup de vitamine D, l'apport alimentaire ne couvre qu'environ 20% de la quantit\u00e9 dont nous avons besoin chaque jour. Que faire alors ? <strong><strong>C'est tr\u00e8s simple : nous devons prendre un peu le soleil.<\/strong><\/strong> Mais gardez \u00e0 l'esprit que le verre absorbe plus ou moins tous les rayons UVB du soleil. Par cons\u00e9quent, se cacher derri\u00e8re une fen\u00eatre ne sert \u00e0 rien. \u201c Les cr\u00e8mes solaires emp\u00eachent \u00e9galement la peau de produire de la vitamine D. M\u00eame un indice de protection solaire aussi faible que 8 emp\u00eache la production de plus de 97% \u201c, explique le Dr Olias. Bien s\u00fbr, en raison du risque croissant de cancer de la peau, la protection solaire est indispensable.<br\/>\n<br\/>Et pourquoi pas simplement aller dans un salon de bronzage, me direz-vous ? <strong>Malheureusement, ce n'est pas aussi simple que cela.<\/strong> Bien s\u00fbr, il est possible d'augmenter la production de vitamine D par l'organisme gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 certains bronzages en cabine. La lumi\u00e8re artificielle est une combinaison de rayons UVA et UVB, alors que les UVB sont n\u00e9cessaires pour favoriser l'apport en vitamine D. Mais certains salons utilisent un taux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de rayons UVA, ce qui r\u00e9duit votre apport en vitamine D. De plus, \u201c des visites r\u00e9guli\u00e8res dans un salon de bronzage peuvent \u00eatre associ\u00e9es \u00e0 un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de cancer de la peau \u201d, explique le Dr Olias.<br\/>\n<br\/>Quoi qu'il en soit, quoi de mieux que de faire de l'exercice quand le soleil brille ? CATch Up s'est entretenu avec Marion Madhavi Fritscher, formatrice en yoga du rire, sur les effets r\u00e9els de cette pratique.\nCharlie Chaplin a dit un jour : \u201cUne journ\u00e9e sans rire est une journ\u00e9e perdue\u201d. Il devait conna\u00eetre les bienfaits du rire sur la sant\u00e9, que les scientifiques \u00e9tudient depuis des ann\u00e9es. On dit que le rire aide \u00e0 soulager la d\u00e9pression et les allergies, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le sommeil et l'\u00e9quilibre hormonal.\n\u201cLe probl\u00e8me, c'est qu'en tant qu'adultes, nous nous laissons rarement aller \u00e0 un fou rire, et nous devons donc cr\u00e9er un espace pour le rire\u201d, explique Marion Madhavi Fritscher, qui organise des s\u00e9ances de yoga du rire \u00e0 Erlangen, en Allemagne, depuis plus de dix ans. \u201cLe yoga du rire nous aide \u00e0 utiliser notre corps pour cr\u00e9er un \u00e9tat de conscience positif, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant de l'\u00e9nergie positive et de la bonne humeur\u201d.\nD\u00e8s que la commissure des l\u00e8vres se rel\u00e8ve, notre cerveau lib\u00e8re des hormones et nous nous sentons imm\u00e9diatement mieux. Si nous laissons tomber nos \u00e9paules, il ne faut pas une minute pour que notre humeur se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore. \u201cAvec des exercices simples, nous pouvons am\u00e9liorer la fa\u00e7on dont nous nous sentons et arriver pas \u00e0 pas \u00e0 rire\u201d, affirme cette m\u00e8re de trois enfants.\nUn cours commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par des techniques de relaxation douces afin d'amener les participants \u00e0 se concentrer sur leur corps. Des exercices de coordination, tels que le balancement des bras d'avant en arri\u00e8re, aident \u00e0 prendre conscience des mouvements du corps. \u201cEnsuite, nous passons \u00e0 des exercices de rire, ce qui peut sembler \u00e9trange au d\u00e9but\u201d, ajoute Marion.\nIl y a beaucoup d'applaudissements et de chants, ainsi qu'un travail sur les sons. \u201cUn \u2018eeh\u2019 soul\u00e8ve les coins de la bouche et a un effet positif, tandis qu'un \u201coh\u201d a l'effet inverse.
