R\u00e9server pour une utilisation ult\u00e9rieure.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer les nouilles de riz en les pla\u00e7ant dans un grand bol et en versant de l'eau bouillante dessus jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient compl\u00e8tement recouvertes. Les laisser dans l'eau chaude pendant environ 7 \u00e0 10 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient tendres, en les remuant toutes les 1 \u00e0 2 minutes. Bien les \u00e9goutter.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00eat \u00e0 commencer ? Plongez le papier de riz dans un bol d'eau chaude et faites-le tourner pendant 15 \u00e0 20 secondes jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il commence \u00e0 se ramollir. Placez la feuille ramollie sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper et ass\u00e9chez-la un peu, en veillant \u00e0 ce qu'elle ne soit pas trop humide et collante lorsque vous la remplissez.<\/li>\n<li>Placez les carottes, le concombre et les b\u00e2tonnets de poivron rouge sur le tiers inf\u00e9rieur de la papillote. Ajoutez de la laitue, des nouilles de riz et beaucoup de coriandre fra\u00eeche. Placez les deux crevettes sur la garniture. Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez que votre sauce soit \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du rouleau, c'est le moment ou jamais.<\/li>\n<li>Il est temps de rouler : commencez par soulever le bord inf\u00e9rieur de la papillote sur la garniture, puis les deux bords les plus courts et enfin roulez le tout.
