Il n'est donc pas surprenant que certaines des associations les plus courantes que nous faisons avec cette p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e tournent autour des r\u00e9solutions, avec un grand R. Manger mieux, faire plus d'exercice, commencer \u00e0 m\u00e9diter, apprendre une nouvelle langue... M\u00eame si elle part d'une bonne intention, cette tendance \u00e0 vouloir changer radicalement notre vie d\u00e8s le 1er janvier nous pr\u00e9dispose souvent \u00e0 l'\u00e9chec.<\/span><\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b firstLetter\" ><strong>Il existe de nombreuses raisons pour lesquelles vos r\u00e9solutions ne tiennent pas et commencent \u00e0 s'estomper apr\u00e8s seulement quelques semaines.<\/strong> sont pass\u00e9es. Il pourrait s'agir d'une tendance \u00e0 accorder trop d'importance aux facteurs externes et \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier les changements superficiels (comme l'apparence physique) plut\u00f4t que le bien-\u00eatre profond. Ou encore <strong>l'accent mis sur le court terme et les attentes irr\u00e9alistes rendent difficile le maintien des efforts<\/strong> lorsqu'il n'y a pas de r\u00e9sultats imm\u00e9diats. Aussi paradoxal que cela puisse para\u00eetre, en <strong>en partant du principe que vous vous acceptez tel que vous \u00eates, tout en adoptant des changements sains qui peuvent approfondir votre sentiment de bien-\u00eatre et d'\u00e9panouissement,<\/strong> vous obtiendrez des r\u00e9sultats nettement meilleurs et vivrez une exp\u00e9rience plus sereine tout au long du processus.<br><br><br><b>La motivation est importante :<\/b><br><strong>La motivation est essentielle lorsqu'il s'agit de mettre en \u0153uvre un changement durable.,<\/strong> Il est extr\u00eamement important (voire vital) que vous puisiez cette motivation en vous-m\u00eame. Si vous modifiez votre mode de vie parce que vous voulez \u00eatre appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par les autres ou que vous recherchez une validation ext\u00e9rieure en adoptant une nouvelle habitude, il est peu probable que vous pers\u00e9v\u00e9riez au-del\u00e0 des in\u00e9vitables plateaux et difficult\u00e9s qui se pr\u00e9senteront en cours de route. <strong>Plongez au plus profond de vous-m\u00eame et demandez-vous pourquoi vous voulez changer les choses.<\/strong> et ce qui vous motive, et partez de l\u00e0.<br><br><br><b>Fixation d'objectifs r\u00e9alistes :<\/b><br>Une fois que vous avez identifi\u00e9 votre motivation, essayez de vous fixer des objectifs r\u00e9alistes et r\u00e9alisables.
