Dans sa d\u00e9marche visant \u00e0 transformer la fa\u00e7on dont les gens consomment la mode, il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 cinq mod\u00e8les, chacun enti\u00e8rement fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de notre tissu RE:FIBRE en polyester recycl\u00e9.<\/span>\n<br\/><strong>Nous avons eu le plaisir de nous asseoir et de discuter avec Andrew de sa collaboration avec PUMA, de son inspiration pour la collection et de sa propre marque, Vivid Vision, lors du photoshoot \u00e0 Londres.<\/strong><br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"PUMA x Vivid Visions : Une exp\u00e9rience avec PUMA RE:FIBRE\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/otFzYmA9Cco\" width=\"640\" height=\"653\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumnsWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Comment avez-vous d\u00e9couvert votre passion et votre talent pour le recyclage et le design ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Andrew : C'est vers l'\u00e2ge de 14 ou 15 ans que j'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 me passionner pour les v\u00eatements, en particulier pour le \"thrifting\", parce qu'ils n'\u00e9taient pas chers et que je n'avais pas beaucoup d'argent pour m'acheter de nouveaux v\u00eatements. <strong>Le vol \u00e0 la sauvette \u00e9tait \u00e0 la fois abordable et un passe-temps tr\u00e8s amusant pour moi et mes amis.<\/strong> \u00c0 cette \u00e9poque, il y avait tellement de choses cool dans les friperies et je suivais des designers comme Nicole McLaughlin sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, que l'id\u00e9e du recyclage est devenue intrigante. <strong>Pour mon 17e anniversaire, j'ai re\u00e7u une machine \u00e0 coudre.<\/strong> et j'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'exp\u00e9rimenter la cr\u00e9ation de mes propres pi\u00e8ces. Comme j'\u00e9tais d\u00e9j\u00e0 adepte du thrifting, j'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'essayer de cr\u00e9er mes propres pi\u00e8ces, <strong>l'upcycling semblait \u00eatre une \u00e9tape naturelle<\/strong> et c'est plus facile de s'y mettre, parce qu'il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire de construire enti\u00e8rement des v\u00eatements. Il suffit de prendre un jean, de l'ouvrir, d'y apposer des patchs et de le coudre.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Comment avez-vous commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 coudre ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Adrew :<strong> J'ai d\u00e9couvert la couture gr\u00e2ce aux m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/strong>, J'ai donc suivi des comptes comme celui d'Imran Potato, qui m'a vraiment inspir\u00e9e. Au d\u00e9part, ce qui a attir\u00e9 mon attention, ce sont les pi\u00e8ces de cr\u00e9ateurs pirates - des poup\u00e9es de b\u00e9b\u00e9 avec des imprim\u00e9s Gucci et des pantalons avec des bandes uniques. Alors, je me suis dit, <strong>C'est vraiment cool, j'ai envie de l'essayer moi-m\u00eame.<\/strong> J'ai un peu jou\u00e9 avec, mais ce n'est qu'\u00e0 l'\u00e2ge de 19 ans que j'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 recycler de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente.<br\/>\n<br\/>\n<br\/><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>\u00c0 quoi ressemble une journ\u00e9e typique pour vous ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Andrew : Je me r\u00e9veille g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement vers huit heures, <strong>v\u00e9rifier les courriels<\/strong> - beaucoup de choses de vous ces jours-ci \ud83d\ude09 et <strong>ranger mon espace de travail<\/strong> avant <strong>faire de la gym<\/strong>. Au cours des sept derniers mois, j'ai pris des mesures de sant\u00e9 avec ma petite amie Paige. Une grande partie de ma carri\u00e8re repose sur le contenu. <strong>Je me plonge dans la cr\u00e9ation de contenu<\/strong> et le montage de vid\u00e9os. Si je n'ai pas de projet sp\u00e9cifique sur lequel travailler, <strong>Je couds des sweats \u00e0 capuche pour ma marque VIVID VISIONS.<\/strong>. Ce sont mes principaux produits, je peux donc les pr\u00e9parer tr\u00e8s rapidement parce que j'en ai fait des milliers \u00e0 ce stade. Je suis constamment <strong>le brainstorming et l'intrigue<\/strong> la prochaine \u00e9tape de ma marque et travailler sur<strong> construire une identit\u00e9 de marque forte<\/strong>. Il ne s'agit pas seulement de fabriquer des pi\u00e8ces uniques recycl\u00e9es ; je veux d\u00e9velopper une histoire de marque coh\u00e9rente et l'\u00e9tendre est mon objectif actuel.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Comment votre participation \u00e0 l'initiative \"Voice of a Re:Generation\" de Puma s'inscrit-elle dans votre parcours personnel et dans les valeurs que vous avez d\u00e9fendues jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Andrew :\u00a0<strong>La durabilit\u00e9 est au c\u0153ur de ma marque personnelle<\/strong>. Tout au long de ma carri\u00e8re dans la cr\u00e9ation de contenu vid\u00e9o, j'ai collabor\u00e9 avec diverses marques sur des projets de d\u00e9veloppement durable, de Levi's et Dickies \u00e0 des marques inattendues, sans rapport avec la mode, comme Sprite et Honda. Les Voix d'un projet RE:GENERATION avec PUMA est pour moi une <strong>une opportunit\u00e9 unique \u00e0 long terme<\/strong> qui me donne <strong>des informations sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable au niveau mondial et au niveau de l'entreprise<\/strong> dans l'industrie de la mode. Qu'avez-vous appris sur le programme RE:FIBRE de PUMA ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Andrew : Cela m'a vraiment ouvert les yeux sur <strong>l'ampleur de la recherche et de la technologie<\/strong> impliqu\u00e9s dans RE:FIBRE et la mode durable. Il ne s'agit pas seulement de coudre des v\u00eatements ; des laboratoires \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re travaillent sur tout, de la cr\u00e9ation de fibres \u00e0 la d\u00e9composition et \u00e0 l'\u00e9limination des couleurs par des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s chimiques. <strong>La production de mode durable ne se limite pas \u00e0 l'assemblage de pi\u00e8ces, c'est tout un parcours.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 le moment le plus m\u00e9morable de votre visite aux usines RE:FIBRE ? Pouvez-vous nous faire part d'un moment qui a influenc\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative votre opinion sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable ou qui a modifi\u00e9 votre point de vue ? <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Andrew : L'un des moments les plus marquants du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>voir le tissu prendre vie - voir mes dessins imprim\u00e9s et sublim\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 un moment de grande fiert\u00e9 et une exp\u00e9rience m\u00e9morable<\/strong>. Voir le tissu tricot\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide de 50 ficelles introduites dans des machines qui produisaient un bruit assourdissant, m\u00eame avec des bouchons d'oreille, c'\u00e9tait aussi assez fou. Ce qui a chang\u00e9 mon point de vue et ce que nous oublions souvent lorsque nous parlons de durabilit\u00e9, c'est que<strong> il ne s'agit pas seulement de produits durables, mais aussi des personnes qui travaillent dans les usines.<\/strong> Sur place, nous avons discut\u00e9 des conditions de travail et des salaires et j'ai d'abord \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris par les niveaux de salaire, mais un homme a expliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point son mode de vie s'\u00e9tait am\u00e9lior\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce aux mesures de durabilit\u00e9 mises en place. Les m\u00e9dias sociaux sont essentiels pour atteindre les jeunes, mais la dur\u00e9e d'attention est tr\u00e8s courte. Il faut donc comprendre la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de <strong>rendre le d\u00e9veloppement durable cool et attrayant<\/strong>, La meilleure fa\u00e7on de proc\u00e9der est d'\u00e9viter les contenus ennuyeux et interminables. Je suis \u00e9videmment partial, mais je pense que la s\u00e9rie Re:HACKS sur laquelle j'ai travaill\u00e9 avec PUMA en est un excellent exemple. Les s\u00e9ries de contenu social comme celle-ci ou le podcast des rapports PUMA RE:GEN rendent une \u00e9norme quantit\u00e9 d'informations beaucoup plus digeste. C'est <strong>un d\u00e9fi \u00e0 relever<\/strong> de faire en sorte que les gens s'int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9, mais je pense que les <strong>nous sommes sur la bonne voie.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Comment les influenceurs comme vous peuvent-ils contribuer \u00e0 favoriser une plus grande transparence dans l'industrie de la mode ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Andrew : C'est difficile parce que dans le monde de la mode, il y a des influenceurs des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s - ceux qui d\u00e9fendent la durabilit\u00e9 et ceux qui promeuvent la mode rapide. <strong>Alors que l'industrie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral s'oriente de plus en plus vers la durabilit\u00e9,<\/strong> les grandes entreprises mondiales comme Shein sont encore tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sentes. <strong>Le d\u00e9fi consiste \u00e0 savoir comment les influenceurs, comme moi, contribuent \u00e0 la transparence dans la mode<\/strong>. En tant qu'influenceur durable, je crois qu'il faut collaborer avec des marques qui sont... <strong>un v\u00e9ritable engagement en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement durable<\/strong> et \u00e9viter les partenariats uniquement pour des raisons mon\u00e9taires contribue \u00e0 influencer le discours g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux. C'est une question d\u00e9licate, mais je dirais que, de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il faut <strong>mettre en lumi\u00e8re ce qui se fait de bien dans l'industrie de la mode par les acteurs mondiaux<\/strong>.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumnsWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Parlez-nous du processus de cr\u00e9ation de votre collection Closed Loop et de l'influence de votre visite dans les usines.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Andrew : Je voulais <strong>incarner le processus RE:FIBRE<\/strong> Le style patchwork des pantalons symbolise les chutes et les v\u00eatements d\u00e9fectueux. Les shorts sont inspir\u00e9s par <strong>des v\u00eatements de basket-ball vintage et amples\u2019.\u2019<\/strong> pour s'appuyer sur les racines sportives de PUMA. J'avais d'abord pr\u00e9vu un pantalon \u00e0 pinces, mais j'ai opt\u00e9 pour un pantalon \u00e0 pinces. <strong>transformation de la fermeture \u00e9clair pour refl\u00e9ter le processus RE:FIBRE<\/strong> qui transforme l'ancien en nouveau. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du patchwork et les bandes de tissu superpos\u00e9es imitent le fil tiss\u00e9 et renvoient \u00e0 l'aspect durable. Ma marque s'appuie sur <strong>palette de couleurs rouge, vert, bleu<\/strong> et la capacit\u00e9 de ces couleurs \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de nouvelles nuances.  Nous avons incorpor\u00e9 les <strong>orange<\/strong> couleur pour s'aligner sur <strong>Campagne Thread the Loop de PUMA<\/strong> Nous avons \u00e9galement incorpor\u00e9 l'image embl\u00e9matique de l'\u0153il, en faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l'image de l'\u0153il sur le site web de la Commission europ\u00e9enne. <strong>Les lentilles de contact PUMA de Linford Christie<\/strong> et le <strong>Logo FOREVER.BETTER.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Vous avez donc utilis\u00e9 des tissus recycl\u00e9s ainsi que des chutes de v\u00eatements pour cr\u00e9er vos pi\u00e8ces. Quels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis pos\u00e9s par l'utilisation des chutes et des tissus RE:FIBRE dans vos cr\u00e9ations ? <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Andrew : Je n'ai pas l'habitude de travailler avec du polyester. <strong>Le fait de travailler avec un mat\u00e9riau fin et extensible m'a fait changer d'avis par rapport \u00e0 mes tissus lourds et non extensibles habituels, tels que le denim et les quilts.<\/strong> J'ai d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 quelques difficult\u00e9s initiales - <strong>r\u00e9glage des param\u00e8tres de la machine, ajustement de la tension du fil<\/strong>, Mais apr\u00e8s quelques essais et la fabrication d'une paire de shorts, j'ai pris le coup de main. <strong>S'adapter \u00e0 un mat\u00e9riau diff\u00e9rent<\/strong> que je n'ai pas vraiment l'habitude d'utiliser a \u00e9t\u00e9 la partie la plus difficile de ce projet pour moi.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Quelle est votre technique pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e pour vos produits recycl\u00e9s ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Andrew :\u00a0<strong>Patchwork<\/strong> tient vraiment une place sp\u00e9ciale pour moi, <strong>Cela remonte \u00e0 mes origines, lorsque j'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler.<\/strong>. Il y a tellement de choses \u00e0 rafistoler,<strong> il offre diff\u00e9rents styles<\/strong> des coupes brutes en d\u00e9tresse, comme celles que vous voyez ici, au patchwork aux finitions nettes. Since I was already into thrifting, \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;upcycling seemed like a natural step\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; and it\\u0026rsquo;s easier to get into, because you don\\u0026rsquo;t need to fully construct garments. You can just take jeans, open them up and like put patches on them and sew them together.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;How did you get into sewing?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;Adrew:\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt; I got into sewing through social media\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;, following accounts like Imran Potato who really inspired me. What caught my eye initially were their bootleg designer pieces\\u0026mdash;baby dolls with Gucci prints and pants with unique strips. In the last seven months, I\\u0026rsquo;ve been on a health kick with my girlfriend Paige. A big part of my career is content so when I get back \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;I dive into content creation\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; and editing videos. If I don\\u0026rsquo;t have any specific projects to work on, \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;I sew quilt hoodies for my brand VIVID VISIONS\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;. These are my main product so I can whip those up really fast just because I\\u0026rsquo;ve made probably thousands at this point. Social media is crucial for reaching the youth, but attention spans are very short. I\\u0026rsquo;m obviously biased but I think a great example of this is the Re:HACKS series I worked on with PUMA. Social content series like that or the PUMA RE:GEN reports podcast make a huge amount of information way more digestible. I was originally planning rip-off pants, but opted for a \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;zipper transformation to reflect the RE:FIBRE process\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; that transforms old into new. The elements of the patchwork and the layered strips of fabric mimic the yarn being woven together and tying back to the sustainability aspect. Since I was already into thrifting, \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;upcycling seemed like a natural step\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; and it\\u0026rsquo;s easier to get into, because you don\\u0026rsquo;t need to fully construct garments. You can just take jeans, open them up and like put patches on them and sew them together.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;How did you get into sewing?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;Adrew:\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt; I got into sewing through social media\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;, following accounts like Imran Potato who really inspired me. What caught my eye initially were their bootleg designer pieces\\u0026mdash;baby dolls with Gucci prints and pants with unique strips. So, I was like, \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;that\\u0026rsquo;s really cool I want to try it out myself.\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; I played around with it a bit, but it wasn\\u0026rsquo;t until I was 19 that I started upcycling consistently.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\",\"contentRight\":\"\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;What does a typical day look like for you?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;Andrew: I usually wake up around eight, \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;check emails\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; \\u0026ndash; many from you guys these days \ud83d\ude09 and \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;tidy up my workspace\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; before \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;hitting the gym\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;. In the last seven months, I\\u0026rsquo;ve been on a health kick with my girlfriend Paige. A big part of my career is content so when I get back \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;I dive into content creation\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; and editing videos. If I don\\u0026rsquo;t have any specific projects to work on, \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;I sew quilt hoodies for my brand VIVID VISIONS\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;. These are my main product so I can whip those up really fast just because I\\u0026rsquo;ve made probably thousands at this point. Social media is crucial for reaching the youth, but attention spans are very short. So, understanding the need to \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;make sustainability cool and engaging\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;, and avoiding dull and drawn-out content is the way to go. I\\u0026rsquo;m obviously biased but I think a great example of this is the Re:HACKS series I worked on with PUMA. Social content series like that or the PUMA RE:GEN reports podcast make a huge amount of information way more digestible. I was originally planning rip-off pants, but opted for a \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;zipper transformation to reflect the RE:FIBRE process\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; that transforms old into new. The elements of the patchwork and the layered strips of fabric mimic the yarn being woven together and tying back to the sustainability aspect.
