Richard a travaill\u00e9 ces derniers mois \u00e0 la r\u00e9organisation de la division marketing et \u00e0 la valorisation de la marque PUMA.<\/span>\n<span class=\"textStyle_intro\">PUMA CATch  a eu le plaisir de rencontrer Richard et de discuter avec lui de sa vision du marketing futur de PUMA, des d\u00e9fis qu'il envisage et de l'histoire qu'il souhaite raconter avec notre marque. Quelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 votre premi\u00e8re initiative lorsque vous avez pris vos fonctions ?\u00a0<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Richard : <strong>Ma priorit\u00e9, ce sont toujours les gens.<\/strong>. J'ai consacr\u00e9 mes premiers mois \u00e0 rencontrer les gens, \u00e0 comprendre leurs besoins et leurs priorit\u00e9s. Forts de ces enseignements cl\u00e9s, nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 entam\u00e9 la transformation afin de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes de l'entreprise tout en<strong> accro\u00eetre l'engagement de nos \u00e9quipes marketing<\/strong>. Le plus important \u00e9tant ce que nous appelons <strong>faire moins, mais mieux et plus grand<\/strong>, ce qui signifie d\u00e9finir pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce qui cr\u00e9e de la valeur pour la marque, se concentrer davantage sur les moteurs de valeur et <strong>assurer l'excellence dans l'ex\u00e9cution<\/strong>.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>La valorisation de la marque est l'une de nos principales priorit\u00e9s. Comment souhaitez-vous exactement valoriser la marque ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Richard : Nos enqu\u00eates aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs montrent que <strong>Ce que PUMA repr\u00e9sente n'est pas tout \u00e0 fait clair.<\/strong>. L'une des causes profondes est que <strong>notre communication est trop fragment\u00e9e<\/strong> et trop ax\u00e9e sur l'impact \u00e0 court terme. Nous travaillons actuellement sur un <strong>Campagne de marque qui d\u00e9marre le 24 avril<\/strong> ce qui renforcera le positionnement de PUMA en mati\u00e8re de performance. Parall\u00e8lement, nous lancerons une <strong>campagne h\u00e9rit\u00e9e sur Sportstyle<\/strong> \u00e9tablir <strong>nos principales franchises classiques<\/strong>. Moins de messages, plus cibl\u00e9s, et une part plus importante des investissements consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la construction de la marque. De plus, je dirais que <strong>valoriser la marque<\/strong> est un exercice collectif : nous devons \u00e9videmment \u00e9galement proposer davantage de produits haut de gamme dans les bons canaux de distribution.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>J'ai entendu dire que vous aviez bien avanc\u00e9 dans la d\u00e9finition du positionnement de la marque. Pouvez-vous nous donner quelques indications sur ce \u00e0 quoi cela va ressembler ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Richard : L'intention pour l'avenir est <strong>affiner le positionnement de notre marque et clarifier ce qu'elle repr\u00e9sente<\/strong>. Un meilleur emballage fait partie de cette d\u00e9marche.\n\"Nous avons examin\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re globale la conception de nos bo\u00eetes \u00e0 chaussures et nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que nous utilisions trop de mat\u00e9riaux\", explique Jordan Eichenberger, responsable de l'\u00e9tiquetage et de l'emballage chez PUMA Group Sourcing.\nJordan et son \u00e9quipe ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 revoir la conception des bo\u00eetes et ont cherch\u00e9 des moyens de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s, tout en conservant des bo\u00eetes aussi solides qu'auparavant.\nEn utilisant moins de mat\u00e9riaux dans nos bo\u00eetes \u00e0 chaussures, nous \u00e9conomisons 2800 tonnes de carton par an. Si l'on consid\u00e8re qu'il faut environ 12 arbres pour une tonne de carton, la r\u00e9duction du poids des bo\u00eetes \u00e0 chaussures a permis d'\u00e9pargner 33600 arbres, soit plus d'arbres que dans le Central Park de New York.\nMais nous allons encore plus loin, puisque les bo\u00eetes en carton sont compos\u00e9es de plus de 95 % (en poids) de carton recycl\u00e9.\nDans le cadre de notre strat\u00e9gie 10 POUR 25, nous \u00e9liminerons \u00e9galement les sacs en plastique destin\u00e9s aux consommateurs dans les magasins que nous poss\u00e9dons et exploitons et, dans la mesure du possible, nous rendrons nos approvisionnements plus durables.\nNos sacs en plastique destin\u00e9s aux consommateurs sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de mati\u00e8res recycl\u00e9es 80%, mais en 2021, nous r\u00e9duirons leur utilisation de moiti\u00e9. En chiffres, cela repr\u00e9sente 200 tonnes de plastique que nous n'avons pas utilis\u00e9es.\nMais nous ne nous arr\u00eaterons pas l\u00e0. Alors que nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9limin\u00e9 les sacs en plastique destin\u00e9s aux consommateurs dans les magasins que nous poss\u00e9dons et g\u00e9rons dans des pays tels que la Chine et l'Inde, nous cesserons d'utiliser ces sacs en plastique partout dans le monde d'ici 2023.\n\u00c0 la place, PUMA n'utilisera que des sacs en papier recycl\u00e9 et certifi\u00e9 FSC dans ses magasins, que vous fassiez vos achats \u00e0 Herzogenaurach, sur la Cinqui\u00e8me Avenue ou \u00e0 Krasno\u00efarsk.\nLe passage \u00e0 des solutions plus durables pour nos clients ne s'est pas fait sans difficult\u00e9s, comme l'explique Martina Lagler, Senior Teamhead Global Retail Business Development.\n\"En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le papier recycl\u00e9 n'est pas aussi durable que le plastique. La phase de d\u00e9veloppement a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi et je suis tr\u00e8s heureuse que nous soyons enfin en mesure de proposer un sac d'une telle qualit\u00e9. Nous avons \u00e9galement d\u00fb nous assurer de disposer des documents n\u00e9cessaires pour prouver la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te du mat\u00e9riau et de son contenu recycl\u00e9 tout au long de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement\", se souvient Martina.\nEt ce n'est pas tout dans nos magasins : Nos clients qui souhaitent emballer leurs achats PUMA pour un \u00eatre cher recevront bient\u00f4t un sac cadeau fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de papier recycl\u00e9 et certifi\u00e9 FSC. Les sacs utilis\u00e9s par PUMA pour l'exp\u00e9dition des commandes en ligne seront \u00e9galement fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de plastique recycl\u00e9 100% et nous avons trouv\u00e9 des alternatives plus durables pour les cintres et les embauchoirs dans nos magasins.\nLes autres am\u00e9liorations apport\u00e9es \u00e0 l'emballage sont peut-\u00eatre moins \u00e9videntes pour les clients de PUMA, car elles ne servent qu'\u00e0 garder nos produits secs et propres pendant le transport. Mais les sacs en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne qui prot\u00e8gent nos v\u00eatements et accessoires lors de leur acheminement vers le magasin et dans les entrep\u00f4ts seront \u00e9galement fabriqu\u00e9s exclusivement \u00e0 partir de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne recycl\u00e9 d'ici le printemps\/\u00e9t\u00e9 2022. One of the root causes is that \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;our communication is too fragmented\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; and too focused on short-term impact. We are currently working on a \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Brand campaign that\u2019s kicking off in April 24\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; which is going to reinforce PUMA\u2019s performance positioning. In parallel, we will launch a \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;legacy campaign on Sportstyle\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; to establish \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;our key Classic franchises\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;. Less messages, more focused and a more substantial share of investment on brand building.
