Et dans quelle mesure la personnalit\u00e9 du designer transpara\u00eet-elle dans le r\u00e9sultat final ? Nous avons eu la chance de discuter avec certains membres de l'\u00e9quipe qui a cr\u00e9\u00e9 la Caven 2.0 et d'obtenir des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ces questions !<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumnsWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Pouvez-vous me parler du Caven 2.0 ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<div><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Juan : <\/span><\/strong>Le mod\u00e8le Caven 2.0 est issu d'une franchise pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, le mod\u00e8le Caven, qui a connu un grand succ\u00e8s pendant plusieurs saisons sur diff\u00e9rents march\u00e9s, en Europe, en Am\u00e9rique et au-del\u00e0. Ce projet a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi pour moi, car je me sentais responsable d'apporter \u00e0 la fois de la nouveaut\u00e9 et de pr\u00e9server les d\u00e9tails distinctifs de la franchise originale. Il s'agit d'un mod\u00e8le de baskets tr\u00e8s polyvalent qui peut \u00eatre port\u00e9 tous les jours et qui s'adresse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 un public jeune.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Alexandre :<\/strong> Caven 2.0 incarne tout le style de la culture basket de rue des ann\u00e9es 80. Avec sa silhouette OG, il permet \u00e0 ceux qui le portent d'\u00eatre eux-m\u00eames et de profiter pleinement de leur journ\u00e9e. Caven 2.0 symbolise \u00e9galement l'unit\u00e9 autour du sport. Est-ce plus difficile que de concevoir une chaussure enti\u00e8rement nouvelle ?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br>\n<strong>Juan : <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Tout d\u00e9pend du projet pour moi. Parfois, je tombe sur des projets ouverts o\u00f9 presque tout est permis, et o\u00f9 il suffit de se concentrer sur la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, la commercialisation et le prix. Dans ces moments-l\u00e0, se retrouver face \u00e0 une page blanche peut devenir un combat intimidant, bien plus difficile qu'un projet avec des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences claires pouvant servir de point de d\u00e9part. D'un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, je dois \u00e9galement dire qu'avoir une franchise comme point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence peut parfois \u00eatre fastidieux. Dans ce cas, vous devez apporter de la nouveaut\u00e9 tout en conservant l'essence du mod\u00e8le original. Souvent, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 d'un designer peut nous induire en erreur, laissant notre imagination prendre le dessus, ce qui entra\u00eene un \u00e9loignement de la franchise originale qui peut ne pas \u00eatre accept\u00e9 par les consommateurs. D'un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, si vous adoptez une approche tr\u00e8s conservatrice, vous risquez de ne pas apporter quoi que ce soit de nouveau ou de distinctif qui permettrait aux consommateurs de croire qu'il s'agit d'une version mise \u00e0 jour de celle qu'ils ont aim\u00e9e dans le pass\u00e9. Compte tenu de tous ces facteurs, je pense que cela varie en fonction du projet : parfois c'est plus facile, parfois c'est plus difficile.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumnsWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Dans quelle mesure voyez-vous l'ancien mod\u00e8le dans votre derni\u00e8re cr\u00e9ation ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Juan :<\/strong> Comme nous venions d'une franchise tr\u00e8s prosp\u00e8re, j'ai essay\u00e9 de conserver les d\u00e9tails cl\u00e9s caract\u00e9ristiques du mod\u00e8le, tels que le type de construction, la forme de la pointe et la hauteur de l'outillage, afin que le consommateur se sente familier avec le design. Cependant, j'ai ajout\u00e9 un design unique \u00e0 l'\u0153illet pour donner plus de personnalit\u00e9 au mod\u00e8le, un \u0153illet qui est peu courant dans cette cat\u00e9gorie de produits. J'ai \u00e9galement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 un motif de perforations diff\u00e9rent sur l'empeigne et un design distinctif au niveau du talon. J'ai ainsi pu pr\u00e9server l'essence de l'ancien mod\u00e8le tout en introduisant des d\u00e9tails diff\u00e9rents qui ne restreignent pas le consommateur, lui permettant de se sentir \u00e0 l'aise avec un design qu'il conna\u00eet depuis les saisons pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Pour quel type de consommateur avez-vous con\u00e7u cette chaussure ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Juan :<\/strong> Ce produit est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 un public jeune et se pr\u00e9sente comme unisexe, ce qui le rend adapt\u00e9 aussi bien aux hommes qu'aux femmes. Il ne cible pas une tranche d'\u00e2ge sp\u00e9cifique, mais vise plut\u00f4t \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9sirs de la jeunesse d'aujourd'hui. Il s'agit d'une chaussure destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00eatre port\u00e9e au quotidien, adapt\u00e9e pour aller \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9, \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole ou au travail, mais \u00e9galement suffisamment polyvalente pour \u00eatre port\u00e9e lors de sorties entre amis le week-end. L'objectif \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er un mod\u00e8le facile \u00e0 assortir avec diff\u00e9rents styles vestimentaires. Il s'agit d'une chaussure intemporelle, qui n'est pas li\u00e9e \u00e0 une tendance sp\u00e9cifique et qui ne se d\u00e9modera pas rapidement. Je me suis donc concentr\u00e9 sur la mise en \u0153uvre des d\u00e9tails n\u00e9cessaires qui n'entraveraient pas les ventes et apporteraient un aspect nouveau et original. En analysant le consommateur et le march\u00e9, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que ce consommateur souhaitait acqu\u00e9rir un produit polyvalent capable de r\u00e9pondre aux aspirations des jeunes en achetant un mod\u00e8le basique, simple, amusant et pourtant sp\u00e9cial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Alexandre :<\/strong> Pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des consommateurs et du march\u00e9, il faut avant tout comprendre ces besoins. En discutant avec les consommateurs, les r\u00e9gions et les comptes, vous devez identifier les \u00e9l\u00e9ments indispensables de la chaussure, puis y ajouter cette touche \u201c inattendue \u201d qui la rendra unique.  En fin de compte, il s'agit avant tout d'\u00eatre centr\u00e9 sur le consommateur afin que les gens soient fiers de porter leurs baskets.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumnsWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Quelle \u00e9tait l'intention derri\u00e8re la conception de cette chaussure ?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Juan :<\/strong> Mes principales influences lors de la conception d'un mod\u00e8le reposent sur trois piliers fondamentaux : le consommateur, la tendance et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Je me concentre sur ces aspects car je pense qu'ils sont essentiels pour d\u00e9velopper un bon produit. Il faut comprendre ce que veut le consommateur, quelle musique il \u00e9coute, quels sont ses loisirs, quelles couleurs il appr\u00e9cie, s'il est sociable ou non, s'il pr\u00e9f\u00e8re un style basique ou s'il aime suivre les tendances. Ensuite, il faut comprendre la tendance elle-m\u00eame. S'agit-il d'un style inspir\u00e9 du basket-ball ou d'un look plus classique \u201c old money \u201d ? Est-elle influenc\u00e9e par le football en raison d'\u00e9v\u00e9nements importants \u00e0 venir ? Tout cela doit \u00eatre pris en compte.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/>Enfin, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 joue un r\u00f4le crucial. Dans le d\u00e9partement Core en particulier, nous devons jouer avec les d\u00e9tails, mais sans exag\u00e9rer. Notre marge de man\u0153uvre est plus limit\u00e9e que dans d'autres d\u00e9partements, il est donc difficile de contr\u00f4ler ou de restreindre la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Si vous la laissez s'exprimer librement, la valeur du mod\u00e8le peut augmenter de mani\u00e8re excessive et ne plus correspondre \u00e0 ce qui est demand\u00e9 dans le briefing. Le briefing comprend les sp\u00e9cifications \u00e0 respecter, telles qu'une petite analyse des consommateurs, des informations sur la concurrence et une fourchette de prix estim\u00e9e. Une fois ces informations re\u00e7ues, je commence par cr\u00e9er un moodboard des utilisateurs et des tendances. Comme je l'ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9, ce sont deux des trois piliers sur lesquels je m'appuie pour aborder un projet.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_quote\" ><p>Une fois que j'ai bien compris le consommateur cible et la tendance \u00e0 laquelle appartient le mod\u00e8le, je m'isole, je mets de la musique pour stimuler ma cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et je commence \u00e0 dessiner.<\/p>\n<br\/><br\/>Juan Mart\u00ednez, designer senior de chaussures chez PUMA<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/>Une fois que j'ai bien compris le consommateur cible et la tendance \u00e0 laquelle appartient le mod\u00e8le, je m'isole, je mets de la musique pour stimuler ma cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et je commence \u00e0 dessiner. Lorsque j'ai plusieurs options, je fixe un rendez-vous avec l'\u00e9quipe PLM pour discuter de celle qui correspond le mieux au briefing. Une fois que j'ai les instructions, j'affine le mod\u00e8le \u00e0 l'aide de programmes tels que l'IA afin d'avoir une vision plus claire des d\u00e9tails. \u00c0 ce stade, je propose \u00e9galement des options pour l'outillage.<br\/>\n<br\/>Une fois que tout est clair, nous nous r\u00e9unissons \u00e0 nouveau avec l'\u00e9quipe PLM pour discuter des options et avoir une vision assez claire du produit qui sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. Une fois que les \u00e9quipes de conception et PLM sont d'accord, je commence \u00e0 cr\u00e9er le dossier technique.<br\/>\n<br\/>Cela comprend l'ajout de fichiers contenant toutes les sp\u00e9cifications techniques du mod\u00e8le, qui sont ensuite envoy\u00e9s \u00e0 nos d\u00e9veloppeurs. Ceux-ci travaillent en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les usines pour cr\u00e9er les premiers \u00e9chantillons, et c'est l\u00e0 que la relation entre les concepteurs et les d\u00e9veloppeurs devient cruciale pour r\u00e9soudre les doutes qui peuvent surgir.<br\/>\n<br\/>Une fois l'\u00e9chantillon finalis\u00e9, il est re\u00e7u au bureau pour \u00eatre analys\u00e9 et identifier les points \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Alexandre :<\/strong> Du point de vue d'un chef de produit, tout commence par comprendre o\u00f9 va le march\u00e9 et ce que les consommateurs voudront dans 18 mois. Pour cela, il faut mener des \u00e9tudes de march\u00e9, discuter avec les consommateurs, proc\u00e9der par essais et erreurs, puis r\u00e9diger un briefing qui d\u00e9finit l'orientation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale que nous voulons donner \u00e0 la chaussure et \u00e0 qui elle est destin\u00e9e. Ensuite, c'est au tour de l'\u00e9quipe de conception de faire des merveilles en proposant des id\u00e9es et des designs extraordinaires. C'est un mod\u00e8le qui r\u00e9pond aux attentes des consommateurs, suit une tendance claire et apporte nouveaut\u00e9 et cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 \u00e0 une franchise qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e par le pass\u00e9. Often, a designer\u2019s creativity can lead us astray, allowing our imagination to take over, resulting in a departure from the original franchise that may not be accepted by consumers. On the other hand, if you take a very conservative approach, you might fail to bring anything new or distinctive that would make consumers believe it\u2019s an updated version of the one they liked in the past. I focus on these aspects because I believe they are essential for developing a good product. You need to understand what the consumer wants, what music they listen to, what hobbies they have, what color range they appreciate, whether they are sociable or not, whether they prefer a basic style or like to follow trends. Then, you need to understand the trend itself. Is it a basketball-inspired style or a more classic \u201cold money\u201d look? Is it influenced by football due to upcoming important events?
