Elle travaillait comme couturi\u00e8re et connaissait personnellement notre fondateur. \u00c0 l'occasion du Mois international de la femme, nous avons discut\u00e9 avec elle. D\u00e9couvrez ce que c'\u00e9tait que de travailler pour Rudolf Dassler et comment l'entreprise a \u00e9volu\u00e9 au fil du temps.<\/span><br><br><br>Sans les femmes, il n'y aurait pas eu de PUMA. Lorsque Rudolf Dassler a cr\u00e9\u00e9 PUMA en 1948, il a emmen\u00e9 avec lui 14 employ\u00e9s de l'ancienne usine des fr\u00e8res Dassler. Huit d'entre eux \u00e9taient des femmes.<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler d\u00e8s la fin de sa scolarit\u00e9, \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge de 14 ans, et est rest\u00e9e dans l'entreprise jusqu'\u00e0 sa retraite. Toute sa famille \u00e9tait formidable.\u00a0<br><br><br><b>Comment s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e votre carri\u00e8re chez PUMA ?\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger : J'ai travaill\u00e9 chez PUMA de 1956 \u00e0 1993. J'ai commenc\u00e9 mon apprentissage de trois ans en tant qu'ouvri\u00e8re dans une usine de chaussures \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge de 14 ans. \u00c0 l'\u00e9poque, nous, les apprentis, devions tout apprendre. Nous devions travailler dans tous les services et nous aidions m\u00eame \u00e0 nettoyer l'atelier de couture. \u00a0<br><br>Apr\u00e8s ma grossesse, j'ai pris un cong\u00e9 pour m'occuper de mes enfants. Cependant, lorsqu'ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 assez grands, j'ai recommenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler - \u00e0 domicile. Les mat\u00e9riaux dont j'avais besoin pour coudre m'\u00e9taient apport\u00e9s dans des sacs en plastique. J'aimais beaucoup mon travail et je m'amusais beaucoup.\u00a0<br><br><br><b>Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 le meilleur aspect de votre travail chez PUMA ?<\/b>\u00a0<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger : Le meilleur, c'est l'esprit d'\u00e9quipe et la coh\u00e9sion. Nous avions des conditions de travail extraordinaires et des f\u00eates tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9ables.\u00a0<br><br><br><strong>Un membre de votre famille travaille-t-il encore chez PUMA ?<\/strong><br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger : Mon mari travaillait lui aussi chez PUMA - nous ne nous sommes pas rencontr\u00e9s l\u00e0-bas, nous \u00e9tions en fait voisins ! Aujourd'hui, c'est mon fils, Thomas Kr\u00fcger, qui travaille ici. Il a \u00e9galement effectu\u00e9 un apprentissage chez PUMA. Par exemple, mes enfants \u00e9taient de grands fans du Borussia M\u00f6nchengladbach. Ils ont donc toujours re\u00e7u des maillots gratuitement.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br>Tous les matins, nos patrons, Rudolf et Armin, passaient dans l'entreprise pour nous souhaiter une bonne journ\u00e9e. Ils nous ont toujours soutenus. Quoi qu'il arrive, nous pouvions leur parler de tout. C'\u00e9tait une entreprise familiale tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able.\u00a0<br><br><br><br><b>Quel \u00e9tait le ratio hommes\/femmes ? Qu'en est-il de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes ?<\/b>\u00a0<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger : Les hommes et les femmes travaillaient ensemble, main dans la main, sur un pied d'\u00e9galit\u00e9. Les femmes n'\u00e9taient pas supprim\u00e9es. C'\u00e9tait le contraire : les hommes nous aidaient toujours, faisaient tout pour nous. L'environnement de travail \u00e9tait donc tr\u00e8s bon. Nous formions une grande \u00e9quipe.\u00a0<br><br><br><br><b>Quelles \u00e9taient les relations entre les employ\u00e9s de PUMA et d'adidas dans la ville ?<\/b>\u00a0<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger : Toute ma famille faisait partie de l'\u00e9quipe PUMA. Mon mari \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s strict \u00e0 ce sujet : personne n'avait le droit de porter des chaussures adidas \u00e0 la maison. Aussi fou que cela puisse para\u00eetre, aujourd'hui encore, la premi\u00e8re chose que je fais lorsque je rencontre quelqu'un, c'est de v\u00e9rifier ses chaussures.<br><br>N\u00e9anmoins, j'avais quelques amis qui travaillaient pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sportive voisine. Nous avons eu de tr\u00e8s bonnes f\u00eates par le pass\u00e9. When Rudolf Dassler started PUMA in 1948, he took 14 employees from the old Dassler Brothers factory with him. I started my three-year apprenticeship as a shoe factory worker when I was 14 years old. Back then, we apprentices had to learn everything. We had to work in every department and even helped clean the sewing room. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;After I got pregnant, I took some time off from work so I could care for my children. However, when they were old enough, I began to work again \\u0026ndash; from home. The materials I needed for sewing were brought to me in plastic bags. When Rudolf Dassler started PUMA in 1948, he took 14 employees from the old Dassler Brothers factory with him. Eight of the employees were women.\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;Starting straight after school at the age of 14, Rosemarie Kr\\u0026uuml;ger stayed at the company up until her retirement. I started my three-year apprenticeship as a shoe factory worker when I was 14 years old. Back then, we apprentices had to learn everything. We had to work in every department and even helped clean the sewing room. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;After I got pregnant, I took some time off from work so I could care for my children. However, when they were old enough, I began to work again \\u0026ndash; from home. The materials I needed for sewing were brought to me in plastic bags.
