De plus, les lentilles rouges sont faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, ce qui est toujours un avantage.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumnsWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>CE DONT VOUS AVEZ BESOIN (SERT 4) :<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'huile d'olive<br\/>\n<br\/>1 gros oignon, hach\u00e9<br\/>\n<br\/>3 gants d'ail, \u00e9minc\u00e9s<br\/>\n<br\/>Un morceau de gingembre frais d'environ 4 cm, \u00e9minc\u00e9<br\/>\n<br\/>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe bomb\u00e9e de p\u00e2te de curry jaune (par exemple avec du piment, de l'ail, de la citronnelle, du curcuma, du cumin et de la cannelle)<br\/>\n<br\/>Sel et poivre noir selon le go\u00fbt<br\/>\n<br\/>4 carottes de taille moyenne, coup\u00e9es en fines tranches<br\/>\n<br\/>200 grammes de lentilles rouges<br\/>\n<br\/>600 ml de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes ou de poulet<br\/>\n<br\/>250 ml de lait de coco<br\/>\n<br\/>Un bouquet de coriandre hach\u00e9e et du jus de citron<br\/>\n<br\/>Facultatif : quelques cuiller\u00e9es de yaourt nature.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>COMMENT SE PR\u00c9PARER :<\/strong><br\/>\n<ol>\n<li>Faire chauffer l'huile dans une grande marmite \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. Ajouter d'abord les oignons et remuer jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient tendres pendant environ 3 minutes. Ajoutez ensuite l'ail, le gingembre et la p\u00e2te de curry et faites cuire pendant 2 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient parfum\u00e9s. Ajoutez du sel selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter ensuite les carottes, les lentilles et le bouillon. Porter \u00e0 fr\u00e9missement et poursuivre la cuisson \u00e0 feu moyen-doux pendant environ 20 minutes, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les lentilles et les carottes soient tendres. Ajouter le lait de coco et poursuivre la cuisson pendant quelques minutes. Ajoutez du sel et du poivre noir selon votre go\u00fbt.
