Le couper en deux et retirer les graines (la peau est comestible !). Couper les moiti\u00e9s de potiron en b\u00e2tonnets fins, comme des frites incurv\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre les b\u00e2tonnets de potiron dans un bol.
