Assaisonner d'une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre.<\/li>\n<li>Faire chauffer la moiti\u00e9 de l'huile dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire. Ajouter les cubes de tofu et les faire frire \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient croustillants. Le tofu doit avoir une couleur brun dor\u00e9. R\u00e9server pour une utilisation ult\u00e9rieure.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer la sauce aux cacahu\u00e8tes en m\u00e9langeant le beurre de cacahu\u00e8tes, la sauce soja, l'eau, le miel, le gingembre moulu et le piment en poudre jusqu'\u00e0 obtention d'un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Laver le brocoli et couper les fleurons. Couper les plus gros en deux ou m\u00eame en quatre.<\/li>\n<li>Faire chauffer le reste de l'huile \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. Mettre le brocoli dans la po\u00eale (si vous avez coup\u00e9 les fleurettes avant, placez-les d'abord avec le c\u00f4t\u00e9 plat touchant la po\u00eale). Attendez que le brocoli devienne l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croustillant, puis retournez-le et faites-le frire davantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l'ail hach\u00e9 et faire frire avec le brocoli.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le tofu frit, la sauce aux cacahu\u00e8tes et les oignons de printemps hach\u00e9s. M\u00e9langer le tout et \u00e9teindre le feu. Assaisonner de sel et de poivre.
