Mais la diff\u00e9rence entre rester bloqu\u00e9 dans les starting-blocks et atteindre la ligne d'arriv\u00e9e est davantage li\u00e9e aux facteurs suivants <strong>planification et responsabilisation, car notre environnement l'emporte presque toujours sur la volont\u00e9<\/strong>. Nous avons besoin de notre environnement pour agir et progresser. <em>facile <\/em>option. Nous avons besoin que notre environnement soit mis en place de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu'il soit beaucoup plus difficile de NE PAS atteindre notre objectif. <strong>Nous devons faire preuve d'intelligence dans ce domaine<\/strong> et \u00e9liminer autant d'obstacles potentiels que possible (planification) tout en ajoutant un soutien (responsabilisation) pour rester coh\u00e9rent.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\">Commencez par supprimer les obstacles. Le processus doit \u00eatre pratique.<\/span>\n<br\/>Dans la mesure du possible, veillez \u00e0 ce que <strong>l'endroit o\u00f9 vous vous entra\u00eenez se trouve sur votre trajet, pr\u00e8s de votre travail ou de votre domicile<\/strong>. The location is important because the added commute time can become a barrier when life gets busy. There is very little excuse if you are passing a gym or pool on your way home from work for example. If you\u2019re short on time before or after work (shout out to all the parents out there) \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;lunchtimes may be your best bet\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;.
