Selon certaines \u00e9tudes, l'Am\u00e9ricain moyen passe plus de 10 heures par jour devant un \u00e9cran. 10 heures par jour ? C'est \u00e9poustouflant. Nous ne sommes pas faits pour cela et notre sant\u00e9 mentale en p\u00e2tit. Des \u00e9tudes montrent que les personnes qui passent <strong>au moins 2 heures de loisirs dans la nature au cours d'une semaine, que ce soit en une seule fois ou r\u00e9parti sur sept jours, ont fait \u00e9tat d'une meilleure sant\u00e9 et d'un plus grand bien-\u00eatre.<\/strong> Cependant, il s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que tout temps pass\u00e9 dans la nature \u00e9tait pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable \u00e0 l'absence de temps.
