PUMA s'associe \u00e0 l'ONG \u201c Parcham \u201d, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Mumbai, pour autonomiser les filles gr\u00e2ce au sport. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce partenariat, PUMA et Parcham souhaitent utiliser le sport comme un outil pour inciter les femmes de Mumbra, en Inde, et d'autres communaut\u00e9s marginalis\u00e9es \u00e0 jouer au football et \u00e0 en faire un choix de carri\u00e8re viable.\u00a0<\/span>\n\u00a0\nDepuis octobre 2012, Parcham aide les femmes \u00e0 se lib\u00e9rer des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et \u00e0 retrouver leur libert\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce au football. Aujourd'hui, en collaboration avec PUMA, l'ONG vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 fournir les ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour les aider. renforcer leur confiance en eux, am\u00e9liorer leur bien-\u00eatre physique et mental<\/strong> tout en leur permettant de explorer les opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re dans le domaine du sport<\/strong>. Dans un premier temps, une s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement de football a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e avec les jeunes filles de Parcham. La s\u00e9ance en ligne a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9e par le personnel d'entra\u00eenement de Manchester City. Ensemble, elles ont d\u00e9couvert les aspects mentaux et physiques ainsi que les comp\u00e9tences requises pour pratiquer ce sport. Les jeunes filles de Parcham envisagent d\u00e9sormais de se lancer dans une carri\u00e8re d'entra\u00eeneur de football.\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Le sport a le pouvoir de changer des vies : c'est un outil puissant pour remettre en question les normes et les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes li\u00e9s au genre. Nous pensons que tout le monde devrait avoir la possibilit\u00e9 de pratiquer un sport, quel que soit son genre ou son origine. Now, together with PUMA, the NGO further aims to provide the required resources that will help them build their self-confidence, improve their physical and mental wellbeing while enabling them to explore career opportunities in sports. As a first action, a football coaching session with young Parcham girls took place. The online-session was conducted by Manchester City coaching staff. Together they learned about the mental & physical aspects and skill sets of the sport.
