Bien que ce type de plaisir soit tout \u00e0 fait acceptable, s'il s'agit de votre seul moyen de g\u00e9rer le stress et de vous occuper r\u00e9ellement de votre bien-\u00eatre, vous avez peut-\u00eatre succomb\u00e9 \u00e0 l'engouement pour #selfcare et n'avez pas compris ce que c'est vraiment.<\/span>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Commen\u00e7ons par ce qu'il <em>N'EST PAS<\/em> <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Une tendance passag\u00e8re<\/strong>-M\u00eame si l'industrie de l'am\u00e9lioration de soi tente de vous convaincre du contraire, <strong>L'autosoin n'est pas qu'un slogan \u00e0 la mode<\/strong> et ce n'est vraiment pas quelque chose qui doit \u00eatre achet\u00e9 ou consomm\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Glamour<\/strong>-Il est certain que <strong>n'est pas toujours quelque chose de beau ou d'Instagrammable ;<\/strong> Parfois, prendre soin de soi est carr\u00e9ment moche. Qu'il s'agisse de s'astreindre \u00e0 une routine matinale qui apporte un sentiment de stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 votre vie, de transpirer pendant une s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement alors que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9reriez \u00eatre sur le canap\u00e9, de faire une feuille de calcul qui fait le compte de vos dettes et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame de vous d\u00e9barrasser de certaines personnes toxiques dans votre vie... <em>s'engager \u00e0 donner le meilleur de soi-m\u00eame n'est pas toujours beau \u00e0 voir<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Une solution rapide<\/strong>-Ce n'est pas non plus une chose \u00e0 laquelle on ne pr\u00eate attention que lorsqu'on a la grippe ou qu'on se sent sur le point de s'\u00e9puiser, pour finalement se laisser tenter par un massage et une p\u00e9dicure pour se d\u00e9stresser. C'est faire le choix de placer son bien-\u00eatre au centre de sa vie, non pas de mani\u00e8re \u00e9go\u00efste, mais de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre sa valeur intrins\u00e8que et donc \u00e0 l'honorer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prendre des d\u00e9cisions difficiles<\/strong>-Parfois, prendre soin de soi consiste \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions qui auront un impact positif sur votre bien-\u00eatre \u00e0 long terme, mais... <strong>peut \u00eatre un peu nulle \u00e0 court terme.<\/strong> Il s'agit d'\u00e9viter de tomber dans les mauvaises habitudes et les sch\u00e9mas familiers d'auto-sabotage qui sont si tentants en p\u00e9riode de stress.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Malgr\u00e9 les apparences...<\/strong>Prendre soin de soi, c'est construire une vie qui <em>sent <\/em>de la vie qui n'est que le fruit d'une <em>regards <\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tout sur l'acceptation<\/strong> Prendre soin de soi, c'est <strong>ancr\u00e9 dans la compassion et l'attention port\u00e9e \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame avec amour,<\/strong> Il ne s'agit pas d'essayer de \u2018s'arranger\u2019. Il s'agit d'apprendre \u00e0 s'accepter l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l'on est et tel que l'on est, en comprenant que, quoi qu'il arrive, on m\u00e9rite d'\u00eatre aim\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/><strong>Apprendre \u00e0 dire non<\/strong>Une grande partie du stress provient du fait que nous ne connaissons pas clairement nos limites et que nous disons oui \u00e0 tout parce que cela nous semble \u2018plus facile\u2019. C'est un dicton intemporel, car il est vrai : lorsque vous \u00eates fatigu\u00e9, trop stress\u00e9 ou simplement \u00e9puis\u00e9, vous \u00eates moins productif au travail et vous pouvez donner moins d'amour et de soutien \u00e0 ceux qui vous sont chers, sans parler du fait que vous \u00eates probablement moins satisfait de la vie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<br\/>\n<br\/>En fin de compte, vous \u00eates le seul \u00e0 pouvoir d\u00e9cider de ce que vous entendez par \"prendre soin de soi\".
