Une respiration fluide et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re nous aide \u00e0 <strong>entrer et sortir des poses<\/strong>, Le programme d'action de l'Union europ\u00e9enne (UE) a pour but d'encourager la prise de conscience et la participation des citoyens. <strong>nettoyer le corps<\/strong>. On ne soulignera jamais assez l'importance de la respiration : sans elle, nous cesserions d'exister.<br\/>\n<br\/>Beaucoup d'entre nous ont tendance \u00e0 retenir leur souffle lorsqu'ils commencent \u00e0 respirer, ou bien nous essayons de forcer notre respiration pour qu'elle corresponde \u00e0 celle du professeur, en particulier dans les positions les plus difficiles. Lorsque vous vous surprenez \u00e0 faire cela, prenez une <strong>moment de recentrage<\/strong> sur votre propre rythme de respiration profonde et consciente. S'inqui\u00e9ter de ce que pensent les autres ou se comparer aux autres dans la salle vous d\u00e9tourne du v\u00e9ritable objectif du yoga. Il s'agit d'une technique pour <strong>\u00e9tablir un regard concentr\u00e9<\/strong> au cours de votre pratique, en soutenant <strong>conscience de soi<\/strong> et de se d\u00e9barrasser des distractions visuelles inutiles. Mais c'est une grave erreur : Shavasana est la derni\u00e8re posture de relaxation qui permet \u00e0 votre esprit de s'\u00e9vader et \u00e0 votre corps de se d\u00e9tendre. <strong>int\u00e9grer et absorber toutes les nouvelles informations<\/strong> qu'elle a re\u00e7ue tout au long du cours. Rappelez-vous : shavasana est une posture comme une autre.
