Et que faut-il pour r\u00e9ussir : la pr\u00e9paration physique ou la force mentale ?\u00a0<\/span>Je pense que j'aime la distance du marathon parce que l'on travaille beaucoup sur l'\u00e9tat d'esprit. J'aime pouvoir me parler pendant toute la course et me concentrer non seulement sur l'aspect physique, mais aussi sur l'aspect mental.<br><br>Je pense que vous avez besoin des deux. La distance exige un kilom\u00e9trage d'entra\u00eenement important, et vous ne pouvez pas augmenter ce volume sans courir un certain risque de blessure. Mais lors de la course elle-m\u00eame, vous avez besoin de force mentale pour soutenir votre effort sur toute la distance. Il arrive que l'on soit physiquement pr\u00eat pour un semi-marathon, mais pas mentalement pour un marathon complet. Il faut un kilom\u00e9trage hebdomadaire \u00e9lev\u00e9, et la course longue est tr\u00e8s importante. En m\u00eame temps, il faut aller sur la piste une fois par semaine pour travailler la vitesse, parce que la vitesse est \u00e9galement importante pour la distance du marathon. Cette combinaison de longues courses et de travail sur la vitesse est, pour moi, la base d'un bon marathon.\u00a0<br><br>Lorsqu'il s'agit de r\u00e9aliser un temps de qualification, je ne prends pas trop de risques, car je veux terminer la course et faire un bon temps. Mais lorsque je peux courir librement, je prends plus de risques, je pars plus vite et j'essaie de tenir un meilleur rythme, m\u00eame si cela devient plus difficile vers la fin. Qu'est-ce qui s'est mis en place ce jour-l\u00e0 et comment g\u00e9rez-vous mentalement les moments difficiles d'une course ?\u00a0<\/span>C'\u00e9tait un m\u00e9lange de diff\u00e9rentes choses. J'avais une bonne pr\u00e9paration, j'\u00e9tais dans un camp d'entra\u00eenement aux \u00c9tats-Unis et j'avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 de bons r\u00e9sultats sur 10 km et sur marathon, mais pas encore sur semi-marathon. Je voulais donc passer \u00e0 l'\u00e9tape suivante sur cette distance \u00e9galement et atteindre un niveau de performance similaire.<br><br>Mentalement, il est tr\u00e8s important pour moi de me rappeler que je me suis entra\u00een\u00e9e pour cela et que je suis pr\u00eate. Lorsque je me tiens sur la ligne de d\u00e9part, je me sens pr\u00eate - et si je ne me sens pas pr\u00eate, je ne commence pas. Je ressens moins de fatigue dans les jambes et elles me procurent un bon retour d'\u00e9nergie.<br>Pour moi, les chaussures de course et les chaussures d'entra\u00eenement ne sont pas les m\u00eames. Lorsque je mets mes chaussures de course, j'ai l'impression d'avoir un soutien suppl\u00e9mentaire. \u00c0 l'entra\u00eenement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re travailler plus dur et faire plus d'efforts, mais en course, les chaussures me donnent cette aide suppl\u00e9mentaire.<br><br>Pour la course, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le trainer FAST-R3. Pour l'entra\u00eenement et les s\u00e9ances d'entra\u00eenement, j'aime la s\u00e9rie Deviate parce qu'elle offre plus de stabilit\u00e9. Il faut d\u00e9penser plus d'\u00e9nergie, ce qui est bon pour l'entra\u00eenement. La plaque en carbone est d'une grande aide pour la distance du marathon. Je pense qu'il est plus facile de courir vite aujourd'hui qu'avant, parce qu'il y a plus de technologie.<br><br>Ma collaboration avec PUMA est tr\u00e8s importante pour moi. J'aime l'\u00e9change, car ils me demandent comment je me sens dans mes chaussures et ce qui peut \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9 pour la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.
