Klara est en transition - entre les distances, entre les \u00e9tapes de sa carri\u00e8re, entre ce qu'elle \u00e9tait et ce qu'elle devient.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><h2>Un changement naturel<br><\/h2>Le passage aux longues distances s'est fait naturellement. \u201cJe pense qu'il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 dix ans, mon entra\u00eeneur m'avait dit que je finirais par devenir une coureuse de fond\u201d, dit-elle. \u201cIl l'a probablement vu avant moi.\u201d<br><br>Au fil des ans, son entra\u00eenement s'est progressivement \u00e9tendu du 5 km au 10 km, de la piste \u00e0 la route, et maintenant au semi-marathon. \u201cLa transition s'est faite de mani\u00e8re organique\u201d, explique-t-elle. \u201cPas \u00e0 pas, ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e, mon entra\u00eeneur et moi avons progress\u00e9. Je pense que c'est la voie intelligente, la bonne voie\u201d.\u201d<br><br>Chaque \u00e9tape exigeait une nouvelle maturit\u00e9, non seulement physique, mais aussi mentale. \u201cIl faut apprendre \u00e0 endurer\u201d, explique Klara. \u201cPour les longues distances, il faut accepter que la douleur dure plus longtemps. Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, je n'\u00e9tais pas pr\u00eate pour cela.\u201d<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><h2>Apprendre \u00e0 accepter la douleur<\/h2>Klara admet qu'il n'est jamais facile de courir.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnNarrow spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_quote\" >\u201cJ'avais l'habitude de penser que plus je m'am\u00e9liorerais, plus je me sentirais \u00e0 l'aise\u201d, dit-elle. \u201cMais ce n'est pas le cas, on devient simplement plus r\u00e9sistant. Vous apprenez \u00e0 accepter que ce sera difficile, et vous apprenez \u00e0 le faire de toute fa\u00e7on\u201d.\u201d<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_default\" >Cet \u00e9tat d'esprit a \u00e9t\u00e9 la cl\u00e9 de son d\u00e9veloppement. \u201cLorsque je traverse un moment difficile, j'essaie de le rendre plus l\u00e9ger\u201d, explique-t-elle. \u201cParfois, je me dis quelque chose d'amusant, je commence \u00e0 chanter dans ma t\u00eate ou je me concentre sur la foule en f\u00eate sur les lignes de touche. L'ambiance est aussi la raison pour laquelle j'aime tant la course sur route\u201d.\u201d<br><br>\u00c0 Valence, cette r\u00e9sistance mentale a port\u00e9 ses fruits. \u201cAvant le d\u00e9part, j'ai dit \u00e0 mon entra\u00eeneur que c'\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 et que je sentais que \u00e7a allait bien se passer. Je me suis donc lanc\u00e9e \u00e0 fond\u201d, se souvient-elle. Le r\u00e9sultat - un record national d\u00e8s sa premi\u00e8re tentative - a \u00e9t\u00e9 une validation, non seulement en tant que d\u00e9but de record, mais aussi en tant que preuve qu'elle pouvait faire partie des meilleurs.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><h2>La discipline du devenir<br><\/h2>Derri\u00e8re ces r\u00e9sultats se cache une discipline tranquille et constante. \u201cLa plupart de mes journ\u00e9es ne sont pas aussi amusantes que les gens le pensent\u201d, admet-elle. \u201cC'est la routine. Vous sortez, m\u00eame s'il pleut ou qu'il g\u00e8le, et vous faites ce qui est pr\u00e9vu. C'est ainsi que l'on grandit.\u201d<br><br>Son succ\u00e8s n'est pas seulement li\u00e9 au kilom\u00e9trage. \u201cL'entra\u00eenement n'est qu'une partie. La physioth\u00e9rapie, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, la nutrition et l'aspect mental - tout doit \u00eatre harmonis\u00e9\u201d, dit-elle. \u201cJe me couche t\u00f4t, je me l\u00e8ve t\u00f4t et j'aime commencer la journ\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re productive. Lorsque j'ai un plan, je suis heureuse et je peux me concentrer compl\u00e8tement. Son approche de la distance - et de la vie - est d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e. \u201cAugmenter lentement la distance est la chose la plus saine \u00e0 faire\u201d, explique-t-elle. \u201cLe corps a besoin de temps pour s'adapter. Si vous allez trop vite, vous risquez de vous blesser, et c'est quelque chose que tous les athl\u00e8tes redoutent.\u201d<br><br>Pour un athl\u00e8te qui court apr\u00e8s les secondes, l'\u00e9quilibre entre la fatigue et la forme fait toute la diff\u00e9rence. Lorsque votre \u00e9quipement travaille avec vous, il vous permet de vous concentrer sur ce qui compte vraiment : la course elle-m\u00eame.<br><blockquote><br>\u201cJ'aime beaucoup la Deviate NITRO Elite 3 de PUMA\u201d, dit-elle. \u201cLa mousse donne un bon rebond, elle est l\u00e9g\u00e8re mais protectrice. Apr\u00e8s de longues courses, je peux vraiment sentir \u00e0 quel point mes jambes r\u00e9cup\u00e8rent plus vite.\u201d<br><\/blockquote><br>Avec un plan intelligent et organique, un entra\u00eeneur en qui elle a confiance et les outils qui l'aident \u00e0 s'entra\u00eener au mieux, elle se sent pr\u00eate \u00e0 aller plus loin. \u201cIl est certain que l'ann\u00e9e prochaine, je ferai plus de semi-marathons\u201d, dit-elle. \u201cEt quand le moment sera venu, nous parlerons du marathon. Mais je peux encore m'am\u00e9liorer. Je veux m'\u00e9panouir.\u201d<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><h2>La gratitude au c\u0153ur de l'action<\/h2>Ce qui motive Klara tout au long de son parcours, c'est la gratitude. \u201cQuand j'\u00e9tais enfant, je n'ai jamais r\u00eav\u00e9 de devenir une coureuse professionnelle\u201d, avoue-t-elle. \u201cJe n'aurais jamais imagin\u00e9 participer aux Jeux olympiques. Mais la vie m'a men\u00e9e jusqu'ici et je suis tr\u00e8s reconnaissante. Je veux vivre ce style de vie aussi longtemps que possible.\u201d<br><br><br>Son partenariat avec PUMA a ajout\u00e9 une nouvelle couche de motivation. \u201cC'est un sentiment personnel\u201d, dit-elle. \u201cQuand je parle \u00e0 Julia de PUMA, je vois les choses en face.
