Nous nous sommes entretenus avec trois employ\u00e9s de PUMA, tous sportifs ou anciens sportifs de haut niveau, afin d'obtenir des id\u00e9es cr\u00e9atives sur la mani\u00e8re de rester en forme tout au long de la COVID-19 et au-del\u00e0.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Athl\u00e9tisme<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Athl\u00e8te d'athl\u00e9tisme<\/strong>\u00a0Patrick Schneider nous a fait part de son point de vue : <strong>\u201c En raison du report des Jeux olympiques de 2020, mon objectif \u00e0 court terme est devenu un objectif \u00e0 long terme. \u201d<\/strong> explique Patrick, qui se concentre actuellement sur la discipline du sprint 400 m, <strong>\u201c Ma nouvelle motivation, ce sont les championnats d'Allemagne et d'Europe qui auront lieu plus tard cette ann\u00e9e, et je suis particuli\u00e8rement motiv\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer cette situation de la meilleure fa\u00e7on possible. \u201d<\/strong> Patrick partage trois \u201c incontournables \u201d pour atteindre le sommet <strong>forme physique et mentale<\/strong>. Tout d'abord, assurez-vous d'avoir une routine quotidienne, c'est essentiel. Ne perdez pas de vue <strong>alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e<\/strong>, y compris la vitamine D pour prot\u00e9ger le syst\u00e8me immunitaire. Et enfin, essayez de\u00a0<strong>sortir se promener<\/strong>\u00a0au moins 30 minutes par jour pour <strong>activez votre circulation sanguine<\/strong>.<br\/>\n<br\/>En mati\u00e8re de formation efficace, <strong>en cours d'ex\u00e9cution<\/strong> est toujours une bonne id\u00e9e ! Cela am\u00e9liore votre <strong>am\u00e9liore la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire et renforce les muscles<\/strong>. Si cela devient ennuyeux, faites <strong>intervalles<\/strong>. Il s'attend \u00e0 ce que la routine <strong>maintenir son niveau de forme physique<\/strong> et contribuer \u00e0 favoriser une <strong>\u00e9tat d'esprit positif<\/strong>. Une fois mis en place, cela ressemble \u00e0 ceci : cr\u00e9ez un programme d'au moins 5 jours par semaine, en alternant entre des exercices au poids du corps \u00e0 la maison (par exemple via PUMATRAC) et des entra\u00eenements HIIT avec des halt\u00e8res (consultez Tabata Songs). Cela vous permettra d'optimiser votre entra\u00eenement en salle et de tirer le meilleur parti de la situation actuelle. Le golfeur recommande des s\u00e9ances de sprint int\u00e9gr\u00e9es et, si possible, une journ\u00e9e de course sur longue distance. Ils ont soudainement \u00e9t\u00e9 contraints de modifier leurs plans dans un d\u00e9lai extr\u00eamement court.\u00a0<strong>\u201c Cependant, c'est une excellente occasion de prouver notre r\u00e9silience lorsque les choses se compliquent. J'ai mis en place certaines strat\u00e9gies qui me permettent de continuer \u00e0 m'entra\u00eener m\u00eame si je ne participe \u00e0 aucune comp\u00e9tition dans l'imm\u00e9diat. \u201d<\/strong>\u00a0commente le triathl\u00e8te Jorge Michel.<br\/>\n<br\/>Tout d'abord, apprenez \u00e0 courir\/faire du v\u00e9lo\/faire de la randonn\u00e9e seul et, ce faisant, vous pourrez <strong>\u00e9couter de la musique, des podcasts, des concerts<\/strong>, ou simplement profiter de la nature. Jorge \u00e9coute personnellement le podcast The Rich Roll Podcast pendant ses longues courses.\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>Jorge recommande de faire beaucoup de <strong>entra\u00eenement zone 2<\/strong> ces jours-ci : long <strong>faible intensit\u00e9<\/strong> Les sessions sont parfaites pour <strong>br\u00fbler des graisses<\/strong> et cela se construit en vous <strong>performance a\u00e9robique et endurance<\/strong>. De plus, vous <strong>devenir plus fort<\/strong>, et le risque de blessure est moindre par rapport \u00e0 l'entra\u00eenement par intervalles de vitesse. Les coureurs de fond ont tendance \u00e0 n\u00e9gliger cet entra\u00eenement, car il peut \u00eatre ennuyeux, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu'il faut courir 10 \u00e0 20 km \u00e0 un rythme tr\u00e8s lent. Mais comme il n'y a pas de comp\u00e9titions dans l'imm\u00e9diat, c'est le moment id\u00e9al pour s'y mettre.<br\/>\n<br\/>C'est \u00e9galement le bon moment pour acheter.\u00a0<strong>nouvel \u00e9quipement sportif<\/strong>, de nombreux \u00e9quipements sont actuellement en promotion, par exemple les montres de sport.
