De nombreuses marques pr\u00e9tendent avoir le meilleur nouvel aliment et tous les quelques mois, on assiste \u00e0 un nouvel engouement (je vous regarde, avocat-toast). Mais dans quelle mesure s'agit-il d'un simple battage publicitaire ?<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><h2>Qu'est-ce qu'un superaliment ?<\/h2>\n<br\/>Il n'existe pas de v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9finition des super-aliments. <strong>mot \u00e0 la mode dans le domaine du marketing<\/strong>. Les super-aliments sont des aliments, principalement d'origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, dont on pense qu'ils ont les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s suivantes <strong>contiennent des niveaux particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9s de nutriments b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la sant\u00e9<\/strong>. Les ingr\u00e9dients typiques dont on fait l'\u00e9loge sont les suivants <strong>des antioxydants, des graisses saines et une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de substances phytochimiques<\/strong> (substances chimiques responsables de l'odeur et de la couleur). La plupart des super-aliments contiennent effectivement des niveaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de ces nutriments. Mais cela en fait-il vraiment des \u201csuper-aliments\u201d ?<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_quote\" ><p>Fait amusant : le terme \"superaliment\" a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans un journal canadien en 1949 pour vanter les qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles d'un muffin.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><h2>Laboratoire et corps - les super-aliments et leurs ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<br\/>Il faut savoir que les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour la sant\u00e9 des nutriments couramment vant\u00e9s dans les super-aliments sont test\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifique dans les laboratoires. Souvent, les <strong>les tests sont effectu\u00e9s avec d'\u00e9normes doses du composant chimique sp\u00e9cifique<\/strong> et les tests ne sont pas effectu\u00e9s sur des humains, mais sur des souris. Les doses n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l'obtention d'un effet mesurable sont souvent <strong>transfert totalement irr\u00e9aliste vers un r\u00e9gime alimentaire normal<\/strong>. Il faudrait manger des tonnes de baies et de noix pour se rapprocher des effets produits par les tests en laboratoire. Cependant, ces nutriments ont des qualit\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques et ils sont contenus \u00e0 des doses plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans les super-aliments, ils ne peuvent donc pas \u00eatre mauvais... n'est-ce pas ?<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><h2>Le c\u00f4t\u00e9 obscur des super-aliments<\/h2>\n<br\/>Il y a quelque chose de pourri dans l'\u00e9tat des super-aliments. Quelque chose qui fait qu'il est vraiment n\u00e9cessaire de vous mettre en garde contre les super-aliments. M\u00eame si le produit naturel peut \u00eatre bon pour vous, vous n'\u00eates pas dans une for\u00eat tropicale chinoise en train de cueillir paresseusement une baie de goji dans un buisson voisin. <strong>Les produits vendus dans les supermarch\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre mauvais pour la sant\u00e9.<\/strong> Voici pourquoi :<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Tout est dans le m\u00e9lange. De nombreux produits vendus comme super-aliments dans les supermarch\u00e9s ne contiennent que des quantit\u00e9s infimes du super-aliment en question. Au contraire, de nombreux produits sont remplis \u00e0 ras bord de <strong>le sucre, les aliments transform\u00e9s et de nombreuses substances de remplissage.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Les tests de qualit\u00e9 sont souvent m\u00e9diocres. Plusieurs scandales ont \u00e9clat\u00e9 \u00e0 la suite de la d\u00e9couverte de <strong>les pesticides, les herbicides et les bact\u00e9ries.<\/strong> En particulier, les baies de goji vant\u00e9es se sont souvent r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es contenir des r\u00e9sidus de pesticides, des m\u00e9taux lourds et des mycotoxines (toxines fongiques).<\/li>\n<li>De nombreux super-aliments sont exotiques et ne poussent pas dans votre r\u00e9gion. Cela signifie qu'ils doivent \u00eatre <strong>transport\u00e9s sur de grandes distances et r\u00e9colt\u00e9s \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat non m\u00fbr<\/strong>, ce qui r\u00e9duit encore la densit\u00e9 nutritionnelle. En outre, les transports entra\u00eenent souvent une contamination. Ils peuvent \u00eatre bons pour vous, mais vous devez v\u00e9rifier attentivement les produits que vous achetez. N\u00e9anmoins, c'est une bonne chose que vous vous int\u00e9ressiez \u00e0 ces produits. Cela montre que vous essayez de <strong>vivre en bonne sant\u00e9 et s'am\u00e9liorer.<\/strong> M\u00eame si de nombreux super-aliments ne valent pas la peine d'\u00eatre consomm\u00e9s ou peuvent m\u00eame \u00eatre mauvais pour la sant\u00e9, garder un \u0153il attentif sur la nutrition est un excellent point de d\u00e9part pour vivre plus sainement. Comme pour tout ce qui concerne l'alimentation, <strong>la qualit\u00e9 est reine<\/strong>.
