Le principe est assez simple. Essayez de vous souvenir d'une situation dans laquelle vous avez ressenti un fort sentiment de compassion, par exemple en voyant vos proches malades ou tristes. Ensuite, vous essayez simplement de vous raccrocher \u00e0 ce sentiment. Dans les techniques plus avanc\u00e9es, vous pouvez m\u00eame \u00e9tendre ce sentiment \u00e0 d'autres personnes, \u00e0 des ennemis, \u00e0 tout \u00eatre vivant.<br\/>\n<br\/>Mais comment cela peut-il renforcer la confiance en soi ? Avoir confiance en soi signifie \u00eatre capable de parler aux gens et de se sentir bien dans sa peau dans des situations sociales. Cependant, beaucoup d'entre nous sont souvent anxieux et peu s\u00fbrs d'eux lorsqu'ils rencontrent de nouvelles personnes parce qu'ils ont peur d'\u00eatre rejet\u00e9s ou de ne pas \u00eatre accept\u00e9s tels qu'ils sont. <strong>Le d\u00e9veloppement de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 ressentir de la compassion abaissera les fronti\u00e8res per\u00e7ues entre vous et les autres.<\/strong> au fil du temps. La m\u00e9ditation de la compassion vous permet de retrouver un sentiment de confiance en vous. <strong>sens du \u201cnous\u201d<\/strong>.
