Ce n'est pas une victoire \u00e0 long terme.\nIl est difficile de se lever et d'admettre que l'on est responsable de son propre \u00e9chec. Cependant, <strong>C'est une reconnaissance extr\u00eamement lib\u00e9ratrice et stimulante.<\/strong>. Reconna\u00eetre votre \u00e9chec signifie que vous pouvez l'assumer, commencer \u00e0 d\u00e9construire ce qui s'est pass\u00e9, puis passer \u00e0 autre chose.\n<em>Vous<\/em> sont le plus souvent un obstacle \u00e0 votre propre performance. Encore moins Caroll Lynn, alias CAREAUX, dont les illustrations ornent d\u00e9sormais non seulement une, mais deux collections PUMA.\nOriginaire des Pays-Bas, Caroll Lynn, 27 ans, est avant tout une illustratrice, mais surtout une passionn\u00e9e de sneakers. Combinant ses deux passions, elle a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 illustrer des sneakers, qu'elle publie sur son blog et Instagram, devenant ainsi connue pour ses graphismes dans la communaut\u00e9 des sneakers.\nC'est alors que Yassine Saidi, Senior Head of SELECT de PUMA, a pris connaissance de son existence et l'a approch\u00e9e avec l'id\u00e9e de collaborer sur des designs pour PUMA.\n\u201cJ'\u00e9tais \u00e0 Sneakerness \u00e0 Paris lorsque Yassine est venu me parler et m'a demand\u00e9 : \u2018Que penseriez-vous de lancer vos propres chaussures avec PUMA ? Caroll Lynn, qui a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 bloguer ses cr\u00e9ations sous le nom de CAREAUX en 2015, nous raconte. \u2019Au d\u00e9but, je ne l'ai pas pris au s\u00e9rieux\u201d.\nPourtant, elle s'est dit \u201cOui, ce serait bien !\u201d, sans s'attendre \u00e0 ce que cela d\u00e9bouche sur grand-chose. Pourtant, quelques mois plus tard, elle se retrouve dans un avion pour le si\u00e8ge de PUMA en Allemagne afin de cr\u00e9er sa toute premi\u00e8re collection.\n\u201cC'\u00e9tait assez dr\u00f4le, car je ne m'y \u00e9tais pas du tout pr\u00e9par\u00e9e\u201d, se souvient l'illustratrice. \u201cJ'ai rencontr\u00e9 toute l'\u00e9quipe de conception. Je choisissais les motifs, les coloris... C'\u00e9tait une exp\u00e9rience totalement nouvelle pour moi\u201d.\nBien qu'elle ait souvent r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des illustrations de baskets et les ait partag\u00e9es en ligne, elle n'avait jamais cr\u00e9\u00e9 une v\u00e9ritable paire de chaussures, ce qui, selon elle, est \u201ctotalement diff\u00e9rent du m\u00e9tier d'illustrateur\u201d.\nJusqu'\u00e0 r\u00e9cemment, les baskets \u00e9taient clairement \u201cun monde d'hommes\u201d, explique Caroll Lynn. Avec sa collaboration avec PUMA, Rihanna a \u201couvert beaucoup de portes\u201d, encourageant de nombreuses jeunes femmes \u00e0 ajouter des baskets \u00e0 leur tenue quotidienne.\nPour sa ligne PUMA X CAREAUX, Caroll fusionne un esprit optimiste avec une approche graphique artistique. Comme ses premi\u00e8res cr\u00e9ations \u00e9taient principalement roses avec beaucoup d'imprim\u00e9s floraux, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 surprise de constater que ses cr\u00e9ations plaisaient \u00e9galement \u00e0 un autre type de consommateur : \u201cMa collection \u00e9tait principalement destin\u00e9e aux femmes, m\u00eame si elle plaisait aussi \u00e0 certains hommes...
