L'industrie du fitness, qui p\u00e8se plusieurs milliards de dollars, propose de nombreuses solutions, allant des applications pour t\u00e9l\u00e9phone aux abonnements sp\u00e9ciaux \u00e0 des salles de sport, pour aider \u00e0 briser ces cycles, toutes avec des taux de r\u00e9ussite variables. En tant qu'\u00eatres humains, nous recherchons un sentiment d'appartenance, et une fois que nous avons trouv\u00e9 notre tribu, nous voulons naturellement nous y int\u00e9grer. En trouvant votre place dans une tribu qui soutient vos objectifs, vous d\u00e9montrez les habitudes positives que vous souhaitez d\u00e9velopper, et les changements quotidiens de comportement deviennent une \u00e9vidence. En fait, plus fort encore, les actions qui s'\u00e9cartent de la \u2018 norme saine \u2019 de la communaut\u00e9 sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme inacceptables ou ind\u00e9sirables.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Il est difficile de changer une habitude ind\u00e9sirable ou un comportement malsain.<\/strong>, si vos proches ne vous soutiennent pas ou ne vous encouragent pas. Des \u00e9tudes sugg\u00e8rent que l'environnement l'emporte sur la volont\u00e9 et que le changement d'habitude devient insoutenable. Personnellement, je trouve cela extr\u00eamement stimulant. \u00catre \u00e0 la tra\u00eene et faire des efforts pour rattraper son retard est la garantie d'une am\u00e9lioration certaine. <strong>Cela signifie que vous \u00eates au bon endroit.<\/strong> Je m'interrogerais sur l'utilit\u00e9 d'une s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement que vous effectuez rapidement devant tout le monde (\u00e0 moins que ce ne soit pour satisfaire votre ego).
