Est\u00e1 demostrado que las modelos de moda y fitness que aparecen en anuncios de televisi\u00f3n, revistas o redes sociales influyen enormemente en la forma en que medimos la belleza y el f\u00edsico. <strong>el llamado \u2018cuerpo perfecto\u2019.<\/strong> Con ese marco, mirarte a ti mismo centr\u00e1ndose en tus supuestos defectos puede hacer mucho da\u00f1o. Las im\u00e1genes importan. Puedes tener la sensaci\u00f3n de que no eres lo suficientemente bueno: esto es <strong>verg\u00fcenza corporal.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Soluci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Sepa que comparar a una \u2018modelo superestrella entre un mill\u00f3n\u2019 con su cuerpo no s\u00f3lo no es realista, sino que es injusto con lo que usted hace cada d\u00eda. Cuando se quejan de su \u2019cuerpo de posparto\u201a (\u00bfpodemos eliminar este t\u00e9rmino de nuestro vocabulario?) o de c\u00f3mo fracasan en su dieta de adelgazamiento, \u00bfno te gustar\u00eda que se quisieran y apreciaran como t\u00fa las quieres y aprecias? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 s\u00f3lo ves lo bien que est\u00e1n tus amigos y no te das cuenta de lo bien que est\u00e1n tus amigas? <strong>\u00bfte das cuenta de tus propios m\u00e9ritos?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Soluci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Intenta regalarte al menos algunas de las palabras gratificantes y edificantes que continuamente dedicas a tus seres queridos. <strong>El amor propio es la clave<\/strong>\u00a0y aunque no existe un \u201eC\u00f3mo quererse a uno mismo en 5 pasos\u201c de aplicaci\u00f3n universal que funcione para todo el mundo: Intenta averiguar qu\u00e9 es lo que tus amigos aprecian de ti. Siguiente paso: esfu\u00e9rzate por nombrar una parte del cuerpo que te guste de ti, puede ser cualquier cosa: tus manos, tus hombros, tu pelo. Las personas afectadas sufren a veces <strong>consecuencias para toda la vida.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Soluci\u00f3n:<\/strong> No seas tan duro contigo mismo. Puede que seas f\u00e1cilmente la \u00fanica persona que ve tus \u201adefectos\u2019 supuestamente m\u00e1s prominentes e incluso si no lo eres: no cambian el <strong>precioso ser humano<\/strong> que eres.
