Bombardeados por mensajes que nos animan a alcanzar lo imposible y salir de nuestra zona de confort, puede resultar un poco dif\u00edcil distinguir entre escuchar a tu cuerpo y enga\u00f1arte a ti mismo para evitar una sesi\u00f3n de ejercicio adecuada. No te hace d\u00e9bil reconocer que tu rutina de ejercicios te est\u00e1 haciendo sentir mal. Hay algo hermoso en empezar a comprender tu cuerpo lo suficientemente bien como para poder <strong>lee las se\u00f1ales<\/strong> de cu\u00e1ndo simplemente ha tenido suficiente. Desafiarse a uno mismo es fant\u00e1stico, pero no dejes que la verg\u00fcenza influya en tu di\u00e1logo con tu cuerpo.
