Quedarnos atascados en los peque\u00f1os detalles puede hacer que nos perdamos la visi\u00f3n de conjunto. Como entrenador, siempre me preguntan: \u201cPero... \u00bfeso es sano?\u201d.\u201d<\/span>\n<span class=\"textStyle_intro\"><\/span>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/>Algunas personas se lanzan a dietas en las que limitan las calor\u00edas hasta el extremo, comen cantidades ingentes de prote\u00ednas o hacen limpiezas de zumos, mientras que otras se vuelven obsesivas y entrenan en exceso hasta la extenuaci\u00f3n. \u00bfEs esto saludable? En general, en absoluto. Y sin embargo, todos <strong>con demasiada frecuencia es a lo que nos dicen que debemos aspirar.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>La cuesti\u00f3n es que, en lo que respecta a la salud, si nos alejamos y miramos el panorama general, en realidad es bastante sencillo. <strong>La salud tiene que ver sobre todo con nuestro entorno<\/strong>, tanto internas como externas. \u00bfTus hormonas est\u00e1n equilibradas? \u00bfCome alimentos nutritivos? \u00bfCome en exceso sin pensar? \u00bfEs activo todos los d\u00edas? \u00bfDuerme bien? \u00bfTienes los huesos fuertes y el cuerpo m\u00f3vil? \u00bfTe encuentras en un espacio mental positivo? \u00bfTe sientes conectado y apoyado en tu comunidad? Esto es salud.<br\/>\n<br\/>Si aborda estos conceptos de salud m\u00e1s amplios y se aleja de los detalles, se convertir\u00e1 en la persona sana que est\u00e1 destinada a ser. La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) define la salud como \u201cun estado de completo bienestar f\u00edsico, mental y social, y no solamente la ausencia de afecciones o enfermedades\u201d. Bienestar completo. Eso s\u00ed que es <strong>el objetivo final de una vida sana.<\/strong> Y aunque no es algo que se consiga de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana, merece la pena trabajar para conseguirlo.<br\/>\n<br\/>As\u00ed que, con esto en mente, vamos a repasar <strong>9 turnos b\u00e1sicos<\/strong> que puede poner en pr\u00e1ctica ahora mismo y empezar a trabajar por la verdadera salud.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Bienestar f\u00edsico<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>1. Mantente activo todos los d\u00edas.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Haga del movimiento una parte integral de su d\u00eda.<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Acumule un m\u00ednimo de 10.000 pasos al d\u00eda y 2,5 horas de actividad f\u00edsica de intensidad moderada a la semana.<\/li>\n<li>Incluya un entrenamiento de fuerza al menos dos veces por semana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/><strong>2. Practicar la movilidad.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>La movilidad est\u00e1 directamente relacionada con nuestra capacidad para movernos en toda la amplitud de movimientos.<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Intente realizar entre 10 y 15 minutos de movilidad al menos 3 veces por semana.<\/li>\n<li>Si prefiere un ambiente de grupo, inscr\u00edbase en una clase de yoga o estiramientos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/><strong>3. Come alimentos nutritivos.<\/strong><br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Mantenga el alcohol a &lt;2 bebidas est\u00e1ndar al d\u00eda y procura tener al menos 2 d\u00edas sin alcohol a la semana.<\/li>\n<li>Para simplificar las cosas, lim\u00edtese a los alimentos integrales, incluidas muchas verduras, y evite los alimentos procesados con alto contenido en grasa y az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Bienestar mental<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>4. Medita<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Los estudios demuestran que la pr\u00e1ctica diaria de la meditaci\u00f3n influye positivamente en las relaciones, fomenta la felicidad, mejora la concentraci\u00f3n y reduce la ansiedad.<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Empieza el d\u00eda con una pr\u00e1ctica de meditaci\u00f3n de 5-10 minutos, ya sea autoguiada o utilizando una aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/><strong>5. Practicar la gratitud<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>La gratitud mejora la salud mental y f\u00edsica al reforzar el sistema inmunitario, liberar endorfinas, potenciar la felicidad y la capacidad para afrontar el estr\u00e9s, al tiempo que mejora la calidad del sue\u00f1o.<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Termina el d\u00eda con una pr\u00e1ctica de gratitud. Escribe 5 cosas por las que est\u00e1s agradecido antes de acostarte cada noche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/><strong>6. Pasar tiempo al aire libre<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Est\u00e1 demostrado que pasar m\u00e1s tiempo al aire libre y con luz natural afecta positivamente a la salud mental, mejora la calidad del sue\u00f1o y la conexi\u00f3n con la comunidad.<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Entrena al aire libre siempre que sea posible o sal a pasear durante la pausa para comer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Bienestar social<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>7. Empezar un hobby<\/strong><br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Combina tus intereses y tu vida social dedic\u00e1ndote a un hobby que te inspire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/><strong>8. Compartir una comida\u00a0<\/strong><br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Organice comidas compartidas con familiares, amigos o compa\u00f1eros de trabajo al menos una vez a la semana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/><strong>9. Ofrecer ayuda<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Ayudar a los dem\u00e1s influye positivamente en c\u00f3mo nos sentimos con nosotros mismos. Is this healthy? Generally speaking, absolutely not. And yet, all \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;too often it\u2019s what we are told we should aspire to.\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;The thing is that when it comes to health, if we zoom out and look at the bigger picture it\u2019s actually quite simple. \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Health is primarily about our environment\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;, both internal and external. Are your hormones balanced? Are you eating nourishing food? Are you mindlessly over-eating? Are you active everyday? Do you sleep well? Are your bones strong and your body mobile? Are you in a positive mental space? Do you feel connected and supported in your community? This is health.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;By addressing these broader health concepts, and moving away from the nitty-gritty, you will become the healthy shape you are meant to be.\u00a0The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines health as \u201ca state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.\u201d Complete well-being. Now that is \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;the ultimate healthy living goal.\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; And while it is by no means something you can achieve overnight, it is something worth working towards.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;So with this in mind, let\u2019s run through \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;9 basic shifts\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; that you can put into practice now and begin working towards true health.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\",\"width\":\"Wide\",\"aspect\":\"0\",\"style\":\"2b\"} \/--><!-- wp:puma\/row-text-single {\"content\":\"\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Physical well-being\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;1. Is this healthy? Generally speaking, absolutely not. And yet, all \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;too often it\u2019s what we are told we should aspire to.\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;The thing is that when it comes to health, if we zoom out and look at the bigger picture it\u2019s actually quite simple. \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Health is primarily about our environment\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;, both internal and external. Are your hormones balanced? Are you eating nourishing food? Are you mindlessly over-eating? Are you active everyday? Do you sleep well? Are your bones strong and your body mobile? Are you in a positive mental space? Do you feel connected and supported in your community? This is health.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;By addressing these broader health concepts, and moving away from the nitty-gritty, you will become the healthy shape you are meant to be.\u00a0The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines health as \u201ca state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.\u201d Complete well-being.
