Pasar estas largas horas en entornos artificiales tiene un claro impacto negativo tanto mental como f\u00edsico. Los estudios han descubierto que las personas pasan menos del 7% del d\u00eda al aire libre. Lo cual no es tiempo suficiente para que nuestros cuerpos est\u00e9n realmente sanos.\n<strong>Necesitamos m\u00e1s aire fresco. M\u00e1s luz natural. M\u00e1s tiempo movi\u00e9ndonos y recibiendo energ\u00eda de la naturaleza.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Descubre por qu\u00e9 deber\u00edas hacer ejercicio al aire libre:<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>1. Mejora la salud mental<\/strong>\nUna de las mejores cosas de estar en la naturaleza es que hay un sinf\u00edn de <strong>beneficios mentales para su salud<\/strong> incluso antes de sudar. Se ha demostrado que pasar s\u00f3lo 90 minutos en un entorno natural reduce la ansiedad, fomenta la autoestima y da un subid\u00f3n de endorfinas, la hormona responsable de todos esos sentimientos de felicidad. Se ha demostrado que hacer ejercicio al aire libre <strong>m\u00e1s revitalizante y energizante<\/strong> que el entrenamiento en un gimnasio. En un estudio, los participantes descubrieron que cuando realizaban actividades al aire libre se sent\u00edan <strong>menos tensi\u00f3n, ira, confusi\u00f3n y depresi\u00f3n<\/strong> al tiempo que aumentaba su disfrute de la actividad y su nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>2. Beneficios f\u00edsicos a\u00f1adidos<\/strong>\nAbandonar la cinta de correr y correr al aire libre es una forma estupenda de <strong>reducir el fuerte impacto sobre las articulaciones<\/strong>. Las rodillas pueden resentirse mucho de los continuos golpes en una cinta de correr plana y firme, mientras que las pistas y los senderos son mucho m\u00e1s tolerantes. Correr sobre una superficie irregular tambi\u00e9n ayuda a <strong>reforzar las estructuras de los pies<\/strong>, <strong>tobillos y rodillas<\/strong> lo que ayuda a prevenir lesiones.\nAdem\u00e1s, entrenar al aire libre puede ayudarte a <strong>combatir los resfriados invernales<\/strong>. Nuestro cuerpo est\u00e1 <strong>estimulado durante el d\u00eda por la luz natural brillante<\/strong> que aumenta la energ\u00eda, el estado de \u00e1nimo y el metabolismo a la vez que suprime la melatonina, la hormona responsable de un sue\u00f1o reparador. <strong>Sin luz suficiente durante el d\u00eda, el sue\u00f1o se interrumpe.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Dos maneras muy sencillas de dormir mejor<\/strong>\n1. <strong>Pasar 20-30 minutos por la ma\u00f1ana al aire libre<\/strong>. La luz natural indica a nuestro cuerpo que es hora de coger energ\u00eda y, tras la puesta de sol, nuestro cuerpo reconoce m\u00e1s claramente el contraste de luz y empieza a prepararse para dormir aumentando la melatonina, lo que provoca un sue\u00f1o m\u00e1s profundo y satisfactorio.\n<strong>2. Evita las luces brillantes unas dos horas antes de acostarte.<\/strong> Esto permitir\u00e1 que su cuerpo est\u00e9 m\u00e1s en contacto con su ciclo natural de sue\u00f1o y dar\u00e1 lugar a un descanso de mayor calidad. Se ha demostrado que la luz brillante por la noche retrasa el inicio del sue\u00f1o al estimular la mente y el cuerpo mientras suprime la melatonina.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>4. Conexi\u00f3n con la comunidad<\/strong>\nSer m\u00e1s activo en su parque local o en los senderos cercanos es una forma estupenda de estar m\u00e1s conectado con su comunidad. Est\u00e1 demostrado que la conexi\u00f3n con la comunidad tiene un <strong>impacto positivo en su salud f\u00edsica y mental<\/strong>. Los estudios demuestran que las personas con m\u00e1s apoyo social viven m\u00e1s tiempo, tienen mayor inmunidad (especialmente en los adultos mayores) y tienden a dormir mejor. Menos restrictivo<\/strong>\nEntrenar al aire libre es <strong>menos limitado<\/strong>. Sin cuotas de gimnasio, sin necesidad de equipos pesados, sin aglomeraciones y sin colas para las clases. Principalmente por estas razones, los estudios han demostrado que la asistencia a los entrenamientos en grupo al aire libre es mayor que en los gimnasios. Despu\u00e9s de un largo d\u00eda en el gimnasio, puedes ponerte las zapatillas e ir a por todas, solo o en grupo, <strong>se siente como una libertad total<\/strong>.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>As\u00ed que sal ah\u00ed fuera.
