Corta las coles m\u00e1s grandes por la mitad.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca las verduras en un bol y m\u00e9zclalas con aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta, curry en polvo y sirope de arce.<\/li>\n<li>Asa las coles de Bruselas en el horno precalentado durante 30 a 40 minutos. Aseg\u00farate de agitar la bandeja cada 7 minutos aproximadamente para que se cocinen de manera uniforme. Las coles deben quedar doradas y crujientes una vez listas.
