Es un reto y a menudo frustrante. Sin embargo, una vez que reconoces tu l\u00edmite, el fracaso se convierte en algo positivo.<br\/>\n<br\/>El fracaso, en lo que respecta al entrenamiento de fuerza, significa repetir un ejercicio, como una flexi\u00f3n, hasta el punto de no poder completar otra repetici\u00f3n. En el mundo del entrenamiento de fuerza se discute continuamente si es necesario fallar para mejorar la fuerza general. Y aunque es una discusi\u00f3n interesante, puede ser complicada debido a factores individuales. As\u00ed que dejemos esa discusi\u00f3n para otro d\u00eda y centremos nuestra atenci\u00f3n en los beneficios mentales que a menudo se pasan por alto y que se pueden obtener al encontrar tu l\u00edmite.<br\/>\n<br\/>Como formador, creo que el problema de muchas personas no es que no sepan lo que hacen. <em>desea<\/em> trabajar hasta la fatiga, sino que simplemente no entienden c\u00f3mo hacerlo. No hay muchas \u00e1reas de nuestras vidas en las que se nos presione hasta el fracaso. Y ciertamente no hay muchas \u00e1reas en las que la gente lo considere una experiencia positiva. La mayor\u00eda de la gente se detiene cuando le asaltan las dudas o cuando se siente inc\u00f3moda.<br\/>\n<br\/>Cuando se les presiona, la mayor\u00eda de las veces las personas se sorprenden a s\u00ed mismas. Entrenando hasta el punto del fracaso f\u00edsico, a trav\u00e9s de la incomodidad, podemos lograr mucho m\u00e1s de lo que nunca imaginamos. Esto crea una <strong>comprensi\u00f3n de la verdadera fuerza de base.<\/strong> A partir de esta l\u00ednea de base, es posible desarrollar un programa eficaz y medir los progresos con una s\u00f3lida comprensi\u00f3n del punto de partida.<br\/>\n<br\/>Sentirse c\u00f3modo con la incomodidad tambi\u00e9n <strong>desarrolla la fortaleza mental. <\/strong>La fortaleza mental se define como una combinaci\u00f3n de resiliencia y confianza. Esta combinaci\u00f3n significa ser capaz de rendir o perseguir un objetivo a pesar de la adversidad o los obst\u00e1culos. Si alguna vez has entrenado hasta el fracaso, luchando hasta la \u00faltima repetici\u00f3n, sabr\u00e1s que se crea una batalla interna en la que hay poco margen para la duda. La fortaleza mental es una habilidad que se traslada a otros \u00e1mbitos de la vida, mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del gimnasio.<br\/>\n<br\/>Por \u00faltimo, trabajar hasta el fracaso te ense\u00f1a que <strong>el fracaso puede ser positivo<\/strong>. El fracaso fortalece. El fracaso significa que est\u00e1s lo suficientemente comprometido con tu desarrollo como para darlo todo. Cuando fracaso en un ejercicio, me emociono. Es un claro indicador de que estoy trabajando al m\u00e1ximo de mi potencial. S\u00e9 que si hoy he hecho 17 flexiones, dentro de 6 meses mi punto de fallo puede ser 32. Eso, para m\u00ed, es una victoria. Eso, para m\u00ed, es una victoria.<br\/>\n<br\/>Matt Fraser, campe\u00f3n de Crossfit, dice que \u201clos cobardes y los campeones tienen los mismos miedos, pero la diferencia es c\u00f3mo los atacan\u201d. No tiene sentido. Quiz\u00e1 te motive mucho m\u00e1s nadar, patinar, montar en bici o apuntarte a una clase de aer\u00f3bic. Encontrar el entrenamiento adecuado puede llevar alg\u00fan tiempo, pero merece la pena. En primer lugar, tienes que averiguar si quieres hacer ejercicio en interiores o al aire libre, solo o en grupo, si quieres acci\u00f3n o prefieres la calma. \u00bfA\u00fan no tienes ni idea? \u00bfQu\u00e9 tal unas cuantas pruebas en el gimnasio? La mayor\u00eda tienen programas variados. Sea curioso y est\u00e9 dispuesto a experimentar. Una vez que hayas encontrado tu tipo de entrenamiento, ya no necesitar\u00e1s una raz\u00f3n para obligarte a salir y hacerlo.\n5. Piensa en lo bien que te sentir\u00e1s despu\u00e9s\n\u00a1Lo has conseguido! No importa lo duro, sudoroso y agotador que haya sido el entrenamiento, nada puede reemplazar la sensaci\u00f3n posterior.\nSi salimos a correr a pesar de la lluvia o nos arrastramos fuera de la cama para ir a clase de Pilates los domingos por la ma\u00f1ana, nos sentimos el doble de bien despu\u00e9s. No es s\u00f3lo saber que hemos hecho algo por nosotros mismos y por nuestro cuerpo, sino la idea de haber vencido a nuestro teleadicto interior lo que nos hace felices. Recuerda esta sensaci\u00f3n la pr\u00f3xima vez que sufras una falta aguda de motivaci\u00f3n.
