En pocas palabras: \u00a1deja que tus sue\u00f1os se hagan realidad! Ya en 1873, el m\u00e9dico ingl\u00e9s William Benjamin Carpenter descubri\u00f3 que la imaginaci\u00f3n intensa de un movimiento sin realizarlo realmente provoca una tensi\u00f3n de los m\u00fasculos afectados. Se ha demostrado que imaginar habilidades motrices provoca mecanismos de retroalimentaci\u00f3n. Estos mecanismos ayudan a muchos deportistas de \u00e9lite a mejorar su rendimiento.<br\/>\n<br\/>Hagamos un cuadro (ficticio): Usain Bolt est\u00e1 en la l\u00ednea de salida. Imagina sus movimientos exactos antes de salir. Visualiza la posici\u00f3n de sus rodillas, imagina la distancia entre sus brazos y piernas y siente sus dedos sobre la pista de cemento. Se pregunta qu\u00e9 se mueve primero. \u00bfLos brazos o las piernas? O la propia carrera: le viene a la mente la frecuencia de los pasos, la longitud de la carrera, la velocidad, etc.<br\/>\n<br\/>Conclusi\u00f3n: Prever todos los pasos con todo detalle puede hacerte mejorar.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>USP:<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Perfecto para los Homer Simpsons entre nosotros. El entrenamiento ideomotor incluye la perspectiva interior de una secuencia de acci\u00f3n que se va a visualizar. Se trata de sentir la ejecuci\u00f3n para imitar los movimientos, con tantos sentidos como sea posible.
