Significa que estamos empezando a pensar de forma diferente sobre lo que significa pertenecer y cuidar, en casa, en la escuela y en el trabajo.\u00a0<\/span><br><span class=\"textStyle_intro\">Pero, con el aumento de la visibilidad, surge la idea err\u00f3nea de que el aliarse es un gesto que se hace una sola vez. Un hashtag o una pegatina arco iris. Una publicaci\u00f3n en LinkedIn durante el Mes del Orgullo. En realidad, el aliarse es m\u00e1s bien una pr\u00e1ctica. En el fondo, se trata de elegir aparecer. No s\u00f3lo cuando es conveniente o c\u00f3modo, sino con constancia. Y cuando el compa\u00f1erismo se convierte en parte del ritmo diario de un lugar de trabajo, todo el mundo se beneficia.<\/span><\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\"><h2>Por qu\u00e9 el compa\u00f1erismo es una victoria colectiva<\/h2><\/span><strong>Para los compa\u00f1eros LGBTQ+, tener aliados visibles y fiables en el trabajo puede suponer una gran diferencia. Favorece la salud mental, fomenta la autenticidad y promueve una sensaci\u00f3n de seguridad que permite a las personas mostrarse plenamente en la sala.<\/strong> Ese tipo de seguridad no es s\u00f3lo un \u201cbien tener\u201d... es innegociable.\u00a0<br><br><strong>La seguridad psicol\u00f3gica, es decir, la sensaci\u00f3n de que est\u00e1 bien hablar, arriesgarse y ser visto, es un factor clave para predecir el rendimiento de un equipo.<\/strong>. Las personas que se sienten seguras son m\u00e1s propensas a compartir ideas, colaborar abiertamente, mantener el compromiso y participar creativamente. <strong>Y el compa\u00f1erismo tiene un efecto domin\u00f3. Los estudios demuestran que en los lugares de trabajo inclusivos hay m\u00e1s retenci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s confianza y m\u00e1s innovaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Los equipos no s\u00f3lo rinden mejor, sino que se convierten en mejores lugares a los que pertenecer.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\"><h2>Los peque\u00f1os detalles<\/h2><\/span><strong>Algunas personas dudan en identificarse como aliados porque les preocupa hacerlo \u201cmal\u201d. La formaci\u00f3n en alianzas va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la terminolog\u00eda o la pol\u00edtica. Es una forma proactiva de fortalecer nuestros m\u00fasculos de empat\u00eda. <strong>Ayuda a profundizar en la concienciaci\u00f3n sobre los retos a los que pueden enfrentarse los compa\u00f1eros LGBTQ+, desde las microagresiones hasta el peso de ser \u201cel \u00fanico\u201d en la sala.\u00a0<\/strong><br><br><br>Y no s\u00f3lo para los aliados. <strong>Estas sesiones tambi\u00e9n pueden ser reconstituyentes para las personas LGBTQ+, sobre todo cuando ven que otros invierten realmente en comprensi\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n.<\/strong> La formaci\u00f3n env\u00eda un mensaje: \u201cTu experiencia importa, y estamos juntos en esto\u201d.\u201d<br><br><\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\"><h2>Participe en el cambio<\/h2><\/span><strong>Si se pregunta por d\u00f3nde empezar, no est\u00e1 solo.<\/strong> En un mundo en el que el lenguaje y las normas evolucionan constantemente, <strong>l compa\u00f1erismo puede resultar un poco desalentador. Pero no hace falta reinventarse. Empieza por aparecer, escuchar y aprender.<\/strong><br><br>Este mes, o en cualquier momento, podr\u00edas:<br><ul><br><\/ul><li class=\"textStyle_listItem\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00danete a <strong>formaci\u00f3n interna sobre alianzas<\/strong><\/span><\/li><br><li class=\"textStyle_listItem\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Asistir a un acto del Mes del Orgullo<\/strong>, aunque s\u00f3lo sea para escuchar y aprender<\/span><\/li><br><li class=\"textStyle_listItem\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visite <strong>espacio para conversaciones<\/strong> sobre identidad, inclusi\u00f3n y pertenencia<\/span><\/li><br><li class=\"textStyle_listItem\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Amplificar las voces infrarrepresentadas<\/strong> en reuniones o proyectos<\/span><\/li><br><li class=\"textStyle_listItem\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Comparta sus pronombres<\/strong> en su firma de correo electr\u00f3nico o nombre de Zoom<br><\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Comprometerse a aprender sobre la interseccionalidad<\/strong>-c\u00f3mo la raza, el g\u00e9nero, la discapacidad y otras identidades se solapan con la homosexualidad<\/span>.<\/li><br><br>Aunque en el momento no parezca gran cosa, con el tiempo, <strong>estas peque\u00f1as decisiones suman.<\/strong><\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_default\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\"><h2>Cuando nos presentamos, todos crecemos<\/h2>Ser aliado no es una insignia. Es una pr\u00e1ctica. Se basa en el cuidado, la responsabilidad y la convicci\u00f3n de que todo el mundo merece sentirse seguro y valorado en el trabajo. Cuando elegimos apoyarnos unos a otros, creamos algo m\u00e1s fuerte que una pol\u00edtica o un proceso. Creamos un sentido de comunidad. No s\u00f3lo cuando es conveniente o c\u00f3modo, sino con constancia.
