M\u00e1s de 1800 millones de adultos y 80% de adolescentes no hacen suficiente ejercicio.<\/strong><br>Esa inactividad ya est\u00e1 contribuyendo a un aumento en <strong>enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas<\/strong> \u2013 y podr\u00eda costarnos <strong>m\u00e1s de 300 000 millones de d\u00f3lares al a\u00f1o<\/strong> para 2030. Reflexionemos sobre esa cifra. No se trata solo de cuotas de gimnasio perdidas.
